The sketchy texture of your work is weirdly calming. I think it’s the subtle hint of that nostalgic pencil feel. I think it adds to the atmosphere a lot!

thank you!! the texture I use came a bit out of necessity :) I found with softer, more precise brushes I was focusing way too much on tiny, hardly visible details and really missing the forest for the trees.

Have you heard of the YouTube channel Alt Shift X? They’re a video essay channel that mainly cover ASOIAF and it’s theories.

I have seen the channel but I have not ever watched anything from it I think? I don’t get much asoiaf content recommended to me on youtube. and venturing outside of the tumblr fandom scares me. there are redditors out there….
