Saotome Rama:

- There is nothing Cis about the premise of Rama

- A character that can switch between "girl" form and "boy" form is any multigendered person's dream

- Often times when Rama is in "girl" form they still identify as a boy, though occasionally they will also call themself a girl in their head or even out loud even when it's to people that know their secret so there's no real reason.

Rasputin “Raz” Aquato:

- The way Their family talks about them being psychic is BIG "transphobic/homophobic/etc family starting to unlearn their bigotry" vibes. At various levels

- Their older brother is VIOLENTLY angry about them being a psychic in a way that feels close to transphobia. Believing that it's a choice and when pointed out the dad is psychic he says "It's a phase!"

- Mom is obviously still holding anti-psychic biases and would rather not talk about her family members being psychic, even if she's much more polite about it

- Older sister is not ready to come out as a psychic yet, saying that she's "not ready to break Mom and Dad's heart" (like Raz did)

- Dad has awkward enthusiasm about psychic stuff to try to mend the relationship between the child he hurt and to connect with them

- There's a dialogue option where you can try to out the older sister as a psychic, and the Dad responds with "She'll come out when she's ready"

- Models his haircut and style after his favorite male celebrity

There's something in the whole "regenerations are affected by who the Time Lord last sees/first sees/is thinking about at the time" that has some undertapped characterisation potential.

Like, 9 becoming young and bubbly 10 for Rose, Simm choosing to be young to match with the Doctor (to do battle better, obviously. Definitely not anything else haha. Definitely.) 12 having a Scottish accent after 11 died thinking of Amy?? And then Missy taking the accent for herself??

The Doctor taking traits from their companions and the Master taking theirs from the Doctor being the pattern here. Like come on. So much can be read into that. It's just sitting there for free.

The thing about Thoschei that's so funny is that these are literally all the same people, meaning technically these are all the same ship.

I feel in my gut that these two would get along decently well, except this time 12 is the bad influence, not him. If anything, it would consist of 12 showing him earthling things.

Dhawan! Master and 10? 10 could fix him within an episode. I'm sure of it. Hell 14 could fix him. Might take a little longer, though. Dhawan would make tea for him after they go to therapy together. Their therapist says they should work on their co-dependency, but they think she just "doesn't get their dynamic"

I think it would be really funny if we shoved 4 with missy too. Sarah Jane and her would have so much beef. It would be unreal. I do think that Dhawan would be fond of K9 the most though, and Simm would probably be the type to get jealous of a robotic dog...
