Please go support Ola.
Hello, I'm Ola, a graduate student from the faculty of science - Al-Azhar University in Gaza Palestine. I truly appreciate you taking a moment to read my story. As you reading my message, myself and my family, “my mother, father, three sisters, and my little brother,” are fighting death in northern Gaza and trying to survive under all kinds of suffering including but not limited to fear, instability, and starvation, thirst, and poverty.
For 11 months until now, we have been struggling to get proper food after prices increased by 15 to 20 times, struggling to have clean water for use and drinking. We lacked security and stability as we were forced to evacuate our house and left everything behind.
I sincerely hope you can empathize with our dire situation and consider supporting us. You can follow me to make sure I am not a scammer and to inquire about any details. Your generosity has the power to make a significant difference.

Hello, tumblr! I mentioned this in my stream last night with my friend and collaborator @lakemojave, but here is the official tumblr announcement: I've started a fundraiser to pay for GAS that I can't afford on my own.
I...try my best to appear pretty unflappable on this site, because my online persona relies on that. But about two years ago I was harassed by TE/RFs and no matter how much I tried to forget or get over it, there was a comment that a 17 year old made towards my appearance the has probably been the most devastating thing I've ever felt, and ever since that insult I've grown steadily and steadily more disgusted and anxious about my appearance--specifically my hair.
As an AMAB trans person, I'm of course going to experience male-pattern baldness. Even in cisgender men, more than 75% of them experience some form of heightened anxiety and dysphoria due to hair loss or fear of it. I don't know how those numbers change when talking about trans people, but I can't imagine it's not even higher.
In the interest of full transparency at the cost of, frankly, my pride: I have reached the point in my dysphoria where I am growing to be borderline suicidal. I've struggled with suicidal ideation since I was a young teenager, but this is the first time in over a decade that I've reached a level where I am terrified what will happen when it gets worse.
And so with all that said, I've started a fundraiser on PayPal to try and raise money for my gender-affirming care. Y'all might remember me from the Great Soy Sauce Conspiracy of late December of last year, and maybe also how I stopped working on the project due to mental health reasons. I remember how kind all of you were when I was struggling with living newly on my own trying to afford food and things like convection plates, and it's my hope that I could rely on you all to help me again.
If you've read this far, thank you so much. If you need it, though:
TLDR: I need to get myself gender-affirming surgery because i'm getting real close to suicidal over my dysphoria. I've made a fundraiser for it. If the fundraiser is successful, I'm going to finally finish the video essay for The Mysterious Appearance Of Miss Appleton. Thank you for your time and your help.
Important Update!!!

A project that took forever to complete but I am happy that it is done.
📈 A infographic series by Palestinian news outlet the Quds News Network on the admission on Sunday, July 7th, of the Israeli media that the rumoured "Hannibal Directive", ordering the Israeli occupation army to fire on Israeli citizens who were taken hostage by Palestinian Resistance forces, and brought to the Gaza Strip, during the events of October 7th, 2023.
According to report published by Hebrew media outlet Haaretz, the Israeli occupation's Security apparatus ordered the occupation army to fire on any civilian vehicles headed towards the Gaza Strip, regardless if Israeli citizens were inside them.
This policy was instituted at the various sites where the Resistance penetrated during its incursion on October 7th, following reports, which surfaced during the chaos of that day, that Resistance fighters had kidnapped several Israeli citizens at the Erez Crossing, north of the border with the Gaza Strip.
The Israeli occupation forces responded by deploying "Zik" military drones, possibly referring to the Elbeit Systems Hermes 450 loitering munition, which targeted sites in Erez, as well as the Re'im military base near the location of the infamous Nova music festival.
The drones were also deployed to Nahal Oz, northeast of Gaza, and Kibbutz Nir Oz, east of central Gaza, all of which resulted in the deaths of an untold number of Israeli citizens, with some estimates suggested to be in the several hundreds.
The Israeli occupation army also deployed Merkava tanks to Kibbutz Be'eri, where Zionist soldiers reportedly fired shells at Israeli citizens who were being held captive in a civilian residence, killing at least 14 Israeli colonial settlers.
This was even admitted by the Israeli occupation forces, General Barak Hiram, who admitted to the Hebrew media that he prioritized the mission he was given by occupation leadership, over the lives of Israeli citizens being held captive.
Additionally, occupation aircraft also bombed several sites near the border with Gaza, due to orders they were given stating that "no vehicle should return to Gaza."
