i know we call it the bakusquad but lets be real here. bakugou is not the uniting factor. it is the kirisquad.
I’m trying to make a point to a friend
Ahh thank you again @hai-cuties I loved the headcanons just as much as last time. Please continue your good work! :3 and don’t worry, the au is perfect.
Hi! I once requested Karasuno third year friendship headcanons from you [ my old account got deleted, but my name was Ethernalhiro if you remember me? ] and wanted to say that I loved the ones you made! I hope it’s okay for me to request again about how the boys from Karasuno [ if it’s too many, you can choose your favorites. ] would do with an male reader who wants to be a detective? [ thanks in advance :3 ]
HEY HI YES I REMEMBER YOU. Welcome back to my inbox, friendo~! Don’t worry, getting asks are my greatest pleasure. I don’t usually do reader stuff but male!reader writings are rare af and detectives are just too good of a topic. And I’m gonna go nuts with my Karasuno faves because the opportunity has presented itself. I’m assuming this is a Detective-ish AU, so I’ll be basing my ideas off that! Please tell me if I got the wrong idea though~!
Tanaka is the best when it comes to encouragement. He’s not that good with the technical stuff, but he’ll help you expand your business and go out of his way to be supportive. His mental image of detectives are Sherlock Homes, so he’ll teach you the ‘manliness code of detectives’, which is really just him trying to make you sound all cool and mysterious. He’ll go out of his way to make your aspirations a reality.
Asahi would be a little reluctant to support you at first, but it’s because he doesn’t want you to get hurt. Suga’s made him watch too many cop shows, poor guy. He’d end up researching and coming up with a load of statistics to ensure your safety, and end up help you work your cases because he’s still slightly protective. He always makes sure you’re taking care of yourself, and getting enough sleep.
Tsukishima would kinda be dismissive at first. “Just because you want to be one, it doesn’t mean you can.” Only after he sees the amount of work and all-nighters you pull off, he’d know that you’re not doing it out on a whim. He would totally look up the best places to get hired, and how to study for the examinations. He’s not the best with words, but he’s very useful in times of need.
made this as a joke on my disc server but i guess i can share it here too lmfao
I want to preface this by saying two things, first, I am Autistic, I was born with and diagnosed with Aperger’s Syndrome at a very young age; second, my opinions are my own and I do not speak for all Autistic people, this post is simply me expressing my own views on the subject of Autistic headcanons.
Ok, now what do I think of Autistic headcanons? To put it simply, I hate them with a burning passion.
But to put it more complexly, whenever I see people make posts about their Autistic headcanons of their favorite characters from their favorite books, comics, movies, or TV shows I am filled with this indescribable sense of dread and discomfort. These types of posts never fail to make flinch and grimace, and for the longest time I couldn’t understand why. But now I can finally articulate my emotions.
To me, Autistic headcanons are incredibly dehumanizing.
Most of the people who make Autistic headcanons treat it like a fun window dressing to explain why their favorite characters are so ‘wacky and weird’ instead of the disability that I and so many others are forced to live with.
My Asperger’s Syndrome is an intrinsic part of who I am, and while it does not define who I am as a person, my disability has played a critical role in shaping my worldview and many other aspects of my life.
To use an analogy, think of every human being as a cake; we’re all made of with same base ingredients of flour, water, eggs, and sugar, but unique ingredients are added in during the preparation before each person goes into the oven to bake. That’s what Autism is, an ingredient, but the people who make Autistic headcanons don’t treat like an ingredient, they treat like frosting. Autistic headcanons treat this integral part of who I am, something I was born with and will stay me for the rest of my life, as something to be added on after or on top of their favorite characters.
To see my disability and all my struggle and hardships brought on by it reduced to a ‘fun and quirky’ decoration feels incredibly insulting and dehumanizing.
Look, I know that the people making these Autistic headcanons don’t have any malicious intention, they’re just having fun. But I feel like they make these headcanons with only a cursory knowledge of what it is and without any regard for actual people, like myself, who were born with it.
They’re often made based on incredibly stereotypical and surface level elements associated with Autism that often are not actual indications of the disability. I also see them mostly being made about the ‘weird’ characters, the ones that actively act in outrageous ways. Probably the worst part is that feel like these people think we all act in exactly the same and display the same symptoms when that couldn’t be further from the truth.
Every person with Autism is different, if you have met one Autistic person you have met one Autistic person, we are not a hive mind.
Again, I am just expressing my personal opinions on Autistic headcanons, I speak only for myself and no one else. I’ve met Autistic people who love them, I’ve met Autistic who feel the same as me, and I’ve met Autistic people who are completely indifferent and apathetic to them; we’re all different.
And to reiterate, I am not saying that the people who make Autistic headcanons are bad people and I’m sure they only have the best of intentions. If you have made Autistic headcanons and they make you happy, more power to you, but I only ask that you re-examine why you make them.
My Autism is a disability and an intrinsic part of who I am, not ‘fun and quirky’ window dressing.
Thank you for reading, please have a wonderful day.
Go for it. Draw my OC. If you want, I’ll even give you reference posts. Go to town on it.
You are welcome to draw my OC and surprise me with the result. Seriously. In fact, I encourage it. I will proudly display whatever it is you submit to me regarding my OC. There is a chance that I will squeal about it for several days.
Even if you feel you aren’t good at whatever artistic adventure it is you do, please feel free to submit it to me. I want to see what you have done.
“why does that character have to be queer?”
why not?
“why does that character have to be trans?”

“why does that character have to be a poc?”
why not?

Like and reblog if you can relate to this song XD
You know what? I've grown tired of seeing a lot of Female Reader stories and rarely finding Male Reader stories. But I just want to express how I feel about this with this song.
*Turns on the instrumental of Roll in Peace by Kodak Black XD*
🎵 I can't even read in peace (why?). Because all I see is she/her pronouns (for real). I can't even request a Male Reader fanfic (why?). Because all they write for is for Female Readers.🎵
🎵 Then it's a problem every time we make Male Reader stories ourselves. If you don't like the content, all you got to do is leave. It's not really hard to do, but you're just making it hard by unnecessarily arguing with us.🎵
🎵 So get the Hellblade out of our blog if you don't like what we do (straight up), and also don't thinking about trying to argue with us again because we ain't gonna listen to you (for real).🎵
