Through care and love it the very weak psychic power of this pokemon strenghtened giving it the ability to swim again. The next generation somehow kept that unique trait.

-Stubbarent | Psychic Type The Sanctuary pokemon This pokemon is often found looking after a group of Calfana, they are as sweet and caring as they are though and strong. It is believed that the "fishes" surrendering this pokemon are independent pokemon living in a different plane who were drawn to it's caring aura.

I've discovered some things about him that most people won't know, not even Sylvia. I'm not going to lie and say I know everything about him; he's still very much a mystery. However...
