You know, considering the amount of villains in Wander Over Yonder, having one of the two kill-bots show up in this as a possible "significant antagonist" is a little strange...

Perhaps kill-bots ARE more significant in season three? We do know Wander and Hater get hunted down, after all...

Since cops in WOY seem fine with villains wrecking everything, I'm pretty sure they might enforce evil ideologies as well, only really stepping in for civilian crimes or speeding in space.

With this logic I'm betting the Star Force Enforcement Force are corrupt and Hater would be hiding from them because he fell out of villainy.

Maybe he has a bounty placed on his head? Wander managed to be the most wanted person in the galaxy just by helping people out, so...
