He is totally normal about cool weapons and DEFINITELY knows how to use them safely 😉

Raiden controls light and thunder and can create weapons or other objects with light manifestation. Unfortunately the things he forms are unstable so his uncle (resident inventor and member of the Shikami Council) made a device to help Raiden stabilise his hard light weapons
