When I say "connect with nature" I don't just mean the aesthetic forests with deer and beautiful flowers.
I mean the weeds growing through concrete, the fungus that grows on the rotten shed, the nettles that always seem to return and the scary, spindly cellar spider in the corner of the bathroom.
Nature is not always pretty or magical - the pigeons and seagulls you swat at are nature too, the wasps and flies that hover by your meals are animals too, store-bought strawberries and the leaves that fall from your neighbour's tree are not all that different from the Giant Sequoias and it's seeds.
If you want to connect and understand nature, I mean *really* connect to it, in it's entirety, you have to seek out and learn about the ugly, scary and mundane things as well. You don't have to like it, just don't forget that it's there.
Sometimes healing is letting go of people’s expectations and the version of yourself you think they see. It’s realizing that your own judgment and your opinion of yourself are the most important pieces of the puzzle. You get to decide when to let go, to forgive yourself, to move forward, to take the lesson and leave the guilt behind.
That you dont need someone else’s permission to be kind to yourself and your mistakes. To think it was never as big of a deal as you made it, and to accept you were too hard on yourself and deserved more compassion. Let them be—but most importantly, let yourself be

My Top 6 favorite exercises (Butt & Thighs):
Yoga will only give you a good stretch as far as I've seen.
But exercises will surely boost your metabolism and improve your overall mood.
It's kinda like a Plank.
Because you have to hold each pose like you would hold a Plank pose.
Hold for 20 sec and slowly switch the side.
(20 sec ) × 10 × 2
Works well on the core and hamstrings.
This will really work well on your inner thighs.
The trick is to hold the one piece dumbbell as low as possible as you're doing it.
15 × 3
I prefer backward than forward because you will really feel the burn in your glutes & hamstrings.
15 × 3 (both sides)
You can do it when you are on your bed feeling kinda lazy... Just by sleeping on your side.. This is one of those exercises I enjoy doing the most..
The trick is to do it slowly..
It is also super effective on your side thighs and navel..
20 × 3
Will make your glutes burn... 🔥🔥🔥
Effective if consistent..
10 × 3
Last but not the least.. my all time favourite.
This exercise is all you need tbh..
Effective.. 🔥🔥
Metabolism boosting.. 📈📈📈
Works good on the core & legs..
But mind the posture.. it has a reputation for causing back pains if it is not done right..
10 × 3
pro 4n4 tip:
log every craving you get throughout the day into your notes app. at the end of the day, add up how many c4lories those cravings would have been. you’ll realize how f4t you could’ve been today, but you had self control💗
