"A proposal to coordinate a multi-city economic blockade on April 15th in solidarity with Palestine recently received overwhelming commitments to participate around the US and internationally.

The proposal states that in each city, we will identify and blockade major choke points in the economy, focusing on points of production and circulation with the aim of causing the most economic impact, as did the port shutdowns in recent months in Oakland, California and Melbourne, Australia, as just a few examples.

There is a sense in the streets in this recent and unprecedented movement for Palestine that escalation has become necessary: there is a need to shift from symbolic actions to those that cause pain to the economy.

As Yemen is bombed to secure global trade, and billions of dollars are sent to the Zionist war machine, we must recognize that the global economy is complicit in genocide and together we will coordinate to disrupt and blockade economic logistical hubs and the flow of capital."

Idea for a Rare rework of Twisted Yatta.

On a Floor with Twisted Yatta, multiple vents appear across the ceiling. (Image: Three vents on the ceiling.)

Twisted Yatta will drop down & dangle from one of these vents at a time, searching for Toons. She will slowly rotate in place, as does her field of view, surveying the area around her. (Image: Twisted Yatta, a piñata, dangles from the vent by her tail-ribbons.)

If she doesn't find any Toons after a certain amount of time in this state, she'll pull herself back up into the vent & pick another random vent to drop down from. It'll take some time for her to reach her chosen vent, which varies depending on the distance between her old vent & the chosen vent. (Image: The vent is slammed shut, a gust of air in the place where Twisted Yatta formerly was.)

Once Twisted Yatta reaches a new vent, shortly before her descent, the vent door will shake, & banging can be heard from the area under said vent. Obviously, it is best to leave the area before Yatta descends... (Image: Brightney looks up, frightened, at the shaking vent door above her.)

...unless you crave Research. (Image: As Brightney flees, she looks back at Rodger, a magnifying glass, standing under the vent, who has his arms open, eager for Twisted Yatta to descend.)

If she spots a Toon, she will drop down fully to the ground (closing the vent behind her) & give chase, running at above-average speed. (Image: Twisted Yatta drops down to the ground, closing the vent with one of her tail-ribbons, at noticing a deflated-looking Looey, a balloon animal.)

If she loses a Toon in a chase, she'll head to the nearest vent & pull herself up in it, & once again picking another random vent to drop down from... (Image: Twisted Yatta pulls herself up back into a vent by her tail-ribbons, hanging upside-down, with a disgruntled expression on her face.)

...unless she spots another Toon. (Image: Ditto, but Twisted Yatta's face lights up at seeing Poppy, a bubble, walk past.)

But she can also disengage from chases on her own after a certain amount of time, even if a Toon is well within her line of sight, & head to the nearest vent. She will also start ignoring Toons if led into chases in the middle of finding vents too many times, until she gets into a vent once more. It's as if the vents call to her... (Image: In the middle of chasing an offscreen Pebble, a rock, Twisted Yatta looks up longingly at a vent, while Pebble barks loudly at her to get her attention back, to no avail.)

I will make a more detailed post in a bit but the organization Anera has announced they have resumed aid delivery to north Gaza. Please consider donating to them, they have worked on the ground in Gaza for decades and they provide emergency aid as well as have many wonderful long-term programs.

Seth is speaking weakly into Yakou's (very large) ear. Yakou is in his ghost form.

Drew these a while back. Shame I didn’t post these sooner.

Hii so I was feeling quirky and had a cool protag design idea with Seth (mostly the question mark shaped belts) and so yeah I made a protag!seth and deathgod!yakou AU.

Bonus doodles and au thoughts below the cut :]

I imagine Yakou would be a very unmotivated death god, guy is sleeping on the floor (doesn't even need sleep) and Seths trying to drag him along with the spirit chain. Also since he was trapped in a book for god knows how long I imagine hes very touch starved and therefor clingy and touchy lmao Also rather than calling Seth "master", he calls him "prince/princey" :) Which also makes me think what if at some point along the way Seth starts calling Yakou his 'knight'...

Seth I see being very skeptical of everything because of his amnesia (in contrast to Yumas naivety), that and hes more jumpy and easy to scare. He is still very bitter man.

He doesn't have a megaphone, so he communicates primarily through sign language (That's what the symbol on his armband is about). In the mystery labyrinth, instead of a sword he uses a megaphone teehee (Also he should NOT be allowed a sword DO NOT give this man a sword) I see Seth's motive for creating a pact with a death god being that nobody listens to him, primarily because of his voice/inability to talk quite the same as others, and so he thought this would be necessary in order to bring the truth to light

You may have noticed i have doodles of NDA chief Shinigami, well I actually don't got much for her. I did it mostly because my AU prompted my friend to draw peacekeeper Yuma and so I was like yeah might as well

I was also chatting this over with my friend @theherooverthere and they had some fine additions hehe
