Gently placing the stereotype aside of a ‘shy nerd’ and placing a more assertive Nerd!Wee/Little Hiccup in it’s place- we have this :D

Hiccup has been teased and flirted with for too long by Jack and has decided on a whim to follow his heart and dreams and kiss the boy (shalalalalala~) turns out, Jack is really happy that Hiccup made first move <3

Rest is history and Elsa and Aiana (Toothiana) dig it. After all Vikings did steal the hot ones :P
