Tommy has emotional trauma from Charlie/Hoyt. Hoyt probably made fun of Tommy's face.

Emotional trauma. His parents made him wear mask his whole childhood which made him feel bad about himself.

Lester Sinclair🦝💚-

Lester was neglected by his parents so he has emotional trauma as well. He probably never experienced parental love.

Brahms Heelshire🦐💛-

He has the same trauma as Lester and Vinny. His parents put him away.

Billy Lenz🐭💕-

Billy has all emotional and physical trauma. He was neglected and probably beat by his mother.

Martin Mathias🦇💞-

I don't really think Martin has any trauma.
