Long Distance Caregiver Tips

•Make sure they have their comfort items. i.e Ask them to go get their paci and send a picture with it (if they're comfortable)

•Suggest foods they can easily make for themselves

•Facetime or call if you're able while they're doing tasks that might be difficult to them and help them complete it

•Read them bedtime stories!

•Make sure they eat and drink well. You can have them send pictures of their meals or whatever works for you

•Ask them for cute selfies!

•Make sure they get to bed at a reasonable time
