Caedan is a wealthy weapons dealer in Funk City. Dead-eyed yet charming, there's a million rumors about this man (er, hyena). Some say he was once a part of a violent gang called the Misfits. Others whisper that he's a vicious killer with a chainsaw. Others yet praise him as a hero, who settles violent gang wars in Funk City with remarkable diplomacy. Caedan doesn't care which rumors you believe, and isn't going to tell you which ones are true and which ones are false. What Caedan does care about, however, is Pico.

Caedan found Pico on the street, fresh after Dearest had pulled the Candy Crew from their video game. Caedan was never able to connect with Darnell and Nene the way he did with Pico, but this allowed him to dump all of his time and resources into helping Pico cope with the trauma of his game and grow to be a better person. Caedan and Pico, on the surface, appear to have a tense relationship: Caedan calls Pico a little freak, and Pico calls him a stinky mutt. Those who know the pair best, however, know that these insults are just surface-level. In reality, the two have a father-son bond that runs deeper than blood ever could.

Must be hard watching him grow up.
