Kacchan’s cluster in the latest episode of the anime is this gentle, rainbow pastel color.. like back when they shared OFA in Heroes Rising. I made countless of theories that Hori is gonna go with the “connection of the hearts” route as a way to share OFA between Izuku and Katsuki and I honestly think I’m right.

OFA has been told to CONNECT PEOPLE’S HEARTS and that emotions too strong for the WIELDER to handle can BEND IT’S RULES! Katsuki has been showing signs of having OFA lately.

He’s actually surrounded with OFA stars every time he thinks of IZUKU or is WITH Izuku or WANTS TO BE WITH IZUKU!

And if he does, it’s not because of 2ND user. It’s PURELY because of Izuku OR his own feelings! And it’s probably both.

Not to mention, if Shigaraki’s HATRED was strong enough to affect OFA realm.. then Katsuki’s LOVE.. did so as well.

But the current wielder can override OFA and bend it’s rules with emotions TOO STRONG FOR ONE PERSON TO HANDLE! And Izuku has been losing control of his heart and OFA BECAUSE OF KATSUKI lately. Clearly it’s an emotion too much for him to handle.

So whatever happened here, it changed the laws of how OFA works and Izuku’s strong emotions opened the door of OFA to Katsuki.

If Katsuki did receive OFA this way, he didn’t get it physically. Not via DNA.. he doesn’t HAVE it but he has ACCESS to it. That’s why AFO can’t sense it. Because it’s within Izuku but Katsuki can use it! He’s like a silent, ghost wielder.

OFA stars showed up around Katsuki for the first time when he followed Izuku into the first war. They started forming from his explosions when Izuku followed him and across this chapter, slowly morphed into the stars.

They appeared suddenly in one chapter. And they have been present each time Katsuki THINKS OF IZUKU! He doesn’t ALWAYS have access to it. Only when his feelings for Izuku overwhelm him.

This doesn’t mean Katsuki isn’t strong on his own. He is. But AFO is in another league. He simply cannot be beaten with regular quirks. Even Izuku who has 6 quirks on top of OFA is struggling. For Katsuki to be able to deal significant damage to him.. he had to have had OFA.

His love for IZUKU, allowed him to use OFA. And he died calling out to Izuku.. with a smile on his face.. wishing to be by his side.. he dies surrounded with OFA stars.. he dies being too fast.. his heart exploding from the inside with an image of 2nd user.

And now we know 2nds quirk is super speed.

Hori has always been about emotions more than about raw power. So Katsuki receiving a powerup because Izuku loves him and because he loves Izuku back which allows them to share this great power is something Hori would definitely do.

Would it be cool if Katsuki somehow evolved his power so much that he was able to freak AFO out and deal significant damage to him? Yes.

But Katsuki tapping into OFA realm, using its power because of his and Izuku’s love.. is more special and more UNIQUE.

The music in the background gives me chills, the way Touya is basically “listening” and smiling at how his influence has put doubts in society and broke their trust on heroes, how he finally is getting slowly but surely his justice

The way the camera goes around Touya, almost showing how Touya now has the society wrapped around his fingers, the hands near his ears, listening and enjoying the “chaos” he created
