When war breaks out across Europe in 1914, Rex is swiftly sent to the frontlines and in his absence Ahsoka is hurriedly engaged to a member of fine society at her father's behest: a Member of Parliament with great connections and even greater wealth.

Welcome to my Rexsoka AU: inspired by Downton Abbey and a recent trip I took to England. After touring all the castles and the English countryside, I couldn't help the flood of ideas I had for early 1910s Rexsoka <3 Some inspiration has been taken from Downton Abbey (which is one of my favorite shows of all time, if you haven't seen it, I highly recommend it), and from the history of similar estates and wealthy families of that time, but I tried to give it my own spin.
