fyodor probably let sigma see his memories because, by the time he'd wake up after seeing literal centuries of memories, Fyo would have wrecked havoc already (as we can see 🥲). once he'd wake up (god knows when), he probably would , but again dazai and chuuya are in France and the journey would take a heck of a long time. then finally, we know fyodor is gonna escape (probably to avoid dazai even!), so unless they catch the man before they leave, this arc ain't ending anytime soon.

ok wait so if sigma knows everything about fyodor after the exchange, and dazai and chuuya are trying to wake him up, cant he tell them everything? also if dazai kills fyodor, does he permanently kill him because he nullifies fyodors ability? is the only way to kill fyodor to have dazai directly kill him, and can sigma supply dazai with enough knowledge to do so?

In all honesty I really don't think Sigma would be the type of guy to join the Armed Detective Agency. Or at least, he wouldn't join immediately after this whole arc ends.

I feel like the only thing that draws him towards the ADA is the fact that it's a new home and it'll definitely be different this time, because of what he's seen from Atsushi and what Dazai has promised him.

But I feel like that's the exact same reason why he wouldn't immediately fit in, because he'd be joining the ADA for selfish reasons, to benefit himself in a way. And while his motives are harmless, to get the pass from Fukuzawa, you'd have to show a display of selflessness.

Like how Atsushi threw himself towards the bomb, and Kyouka sacrificed herself.

Sigma...kinda wouldn't do that, because he hasn't yet grown from selfishness.

I mean, he literally had an army of people who were in debt to the casino ready to exploit, which makes you think if that's the real reason why, of all establishments, it's a casino he makes his new home.

Granted the casino was planned by Fyodor, but for Sigma to grow such a desperate attachment to it in the first place implies that Fyodor had it specifically catered to make Sigma happy and attached.

And then later on, it's only when Dazai started showing signs of having a shot at beating Fyodor did Sigma then go, "Oh okay, I guess I will side with you after all."

Like hello, princess, that is Dazai Osamu from Armed Detective Agency, you were supposed to GAF from the staaaart~ Sure he was dicking around, but to just Give Up like that and almost storm off... lmfao???

All in all, as resourceful as Sigma is, when it comes down to it, he'd never willingly put himself into danger for the greater good unless he's that desperate, and he's only ever that desperate when it comes to his own needs. LOL!

but also i just think Sigma should just take a long holiday or go to prison after this.

ao3 maintenance shut down has literally given me the perfect opportunity to complete my holiday homework, but knowing my procrastinating ass I'll waste it all reading my downloaded fics *facepalm*
