adam parrish is yet another victim of being trapped in the ya genre even though he’s obviously a freak who wants to go crazy
some of you didn't read the raven cycle the summer when you were 16 and it shows
Hammond B3 Organ Cistern by Gabrielle Calvocoressi
i know homophobic bully turns out to actually be gay themselves is a pretty standard trope but i don't think anyone has ever done it with quite the same commitment as joseph kavinsky. he literally sent gansey a dick pic from ronan's phone. like why did you do that king
“Yeah these two can be trusted with giving interviews” I said with joys…
I was then shot 57 times
random headcannons i have for the raven cycle:
gansey was long-distance dating a girl in washington when he moved to henrietta and after a couple months he just forgets that they were dating, it’s not until ronan answers his phone that they break up
blue has a pin that says “fuck the bees” that really confuses her environmentalist group in university
adam becomes fox way’s handyman and cannot come over without replacing at least one lightbulb
blue calls adam and gansey “nick and gatsby”
the fox way cats hate gansey. like he cannot leave fox way without a million scratches
adam and ronan are exactly the same height. like unnervingly so - so they truly look like horror movie twins and are on equal ground
even when ronan moves to the barn he still comes by and checks in on gansey at monmouth randomly
“You are such a big trc fan you much have so much merch”
this is all I got:
thinking about Ronan Lynch again. from the Dreamer Trilogy, I think the implication is that he is an Aos Sidhe, one of the people of the hills, maybe even a Tuatha De Dannan--something beyond comprehension from under the skin of the world. but he is Catholic, deeply Catholic, Catholic to distraction and to the point of worrying that his boyfriend won't make it to heaven. in the Raven Cycle, he asks God again and again, 'What am I?' and the answer is... god, a god, lowercase, a god before God became famous. a god who turned himself into the patron saint of kings and quests and Adam Parrish rather than admit to being a god in the first place
~and in the end we'll fall apart
just like the leaves changing color~
