I had the same problem as you regarding the location of my country... and it brought me to Pinterest and Yahoo Japan too. I used Google Translate (which is not the best translation app by the way...)

I used a Japanese server VPN for Yahoo Japan (I should have thought of that from the beginning bruh...) and found a Japanese fan who asked exactly where the page came from and I found the answer !!
