It's a highly reputable organization which has broken its long-standing neutrality to denounce Israel in front of the UN. Context: I decided to show my parents Eeby Deeby to show them the obscurity of my generation’s humor and what memes are like nowadays.

My father works in IT and has dealt with tech his entire life, and according to him (and with some internet confirmation), eeby deeby is actually:

EE = error error

B = 8 or F

Y = a broken 9

D = Door

eeby deeby is a door malfunction warning or the battery backup has died (depending on if it’s an F or an 8). So all those memes aren’t completely wrong, it is pretty dangerous.
