Crow! My phantom bird boi
He's lost his memory anytime before his death, only knowing it was a gruesome ending. With their life cut short, they were offered a chance to continue in a sort of way. This offer, though, would prove more tiring than he had wanted, though now already binded.
He collects souls cut short alike his, sometimes using his own means if it means getting paid.
The wings are retractable, though still leave marks on where they appear from. Though he can't feel much of the living reality, they're highly sensitive.
Kymopoleia, an aquatic hybrid.
They're the first to properly see Crow, not realizing the stranger is actually a phantom.
She wears turtlenecks to hide their gills along with usually long, baggy clothing to hide the tail.
Her lifeforce is dependant on the golden charm around his neck, fidgeting with it when they think.
Today's artings for Inktober, the prompt being discover.
Still struggling with goretober haha
Late submission for Goretober lol
Goretober Day 1- Rotting
Moonlight spilled in from the broken window, a quiet wind brushing the messy strands of the masked persons’ hair, his darkened eyes not matching the gentle colour of it. The dusty grey reminded of the abandoned room. The lack of light or noise beside the occasional scurry of a mouse rendered anyone in the area with a sense of hopelessness.
Looking down at it, a small sigh left his lips, knowing he probably should stop playing with the poor souls as he did. It was such a hassle in the end. But worth it. Definitely worth it.
Stains of blood, long since dried by now, left painful marks across the floor, leaving evidence of the struggle the victim had left, though to no avail. The body, small creatures almost flooding it, was almost completely unrecognizable now. He could only tell who it was because he had studied every little thing there was to know of the now-dead creature, taking every precaution necessary before casting his die on the man’s life. Ah, well. Snake eyes.
Wooo
My two artings for today's Inktober. Both were kinda rushed but still fun to do
Also now featuring two of my personal favorite bois- Farrén [the lighter coloured] and Milo [the darker haired] :D
Also the Goretober writing is still in progress! Hopefully if I don't post it in the middle of the night I'll have it by tomorrow ':]
Happy spooky month, peoples!
I'll be doing both Inktober and Goretober for this year, and will hopefully have results by the end of the day. No promises tho ':]
Not a writing promt this time, but my dnd character. Might start posting my art here
Ngl I actually forgot I had this app lol
ohhh we love a good “forced to torture your friend while undercover as a bad guy” don’t we
like. when you meet their eyes and you both know you have to do it and you have to do it well
It makes me happy when they listen
No words, just...
The level of disappointment I have for BNHA ending is unmatched with any type of series I invested in.
The whole reason this story didn’t feel like a carbon copy typical shounen manga was because of the league.
They felt humanized and their trauma was so complex just for them to be thrown away in favor of the heroes learning their little lessons.
These basic ass tropes these main characters carried throughout the series felt so recycled.
The bootlicking was tangible, I mean shit Endeavor got a shot at redemption and he got that opportunity because of his privilege.
It really reflected a lot about society in general.
The worst part is nothing fucking changed, but people eat it up because they fell for characters we’ve seen a 100 times before.
It just sucks, there could’ve been so much more. It really shows even if fiction there’s no solution for the issues each of the villains represented.
I honestly feel if I blindly followed the manga in favor of the heroes and their “struggles” to become super happy plus ultra then maybe I wouldn’t feel so bitter.
But I do, I can’t help that I do. Because there was a swing with so much force behind it just to miss.
And man did it fucking miss.
Perhaps twice’s ending should’ve been a good indicator where the series was headed. But I held onto to hope.
I mean right before Shigaraki died he was told his whole life was orchestrated by afo and that is so fucking tragic.
And my god Toga sacrificed herself, and Dabi is barely even alive. I think he was “spared” so Endeavor could have more time to apologize for his mistakes.
It’s just so fucked, I don’t know how else to put it, I’m disappointed.
The league deserved better.
I told myself I would try to post, then completely forgot about it lol
Character A:- -see, then when they said that last part I just couldn't-
*They glance at Character B*
Character A- You're not even listening, huh?
Character B- Wha- no, no, no, I am, I swear! I just-
Character A- Nope. Shush. When was the last time you slept?
Character B- ...
Character A- God*dammit* you idiot, get some sleep!
Character B- I don't need sl-
*Character A hits them with a pillow out, successfully silencing them*
Character A- Don't even start with that! You need sleep, and you're getting sleep, end of story. If you still try to refuse, I *will* tranquilize you.
Character B- ...God, fine. You're horrible...
When the defiant whumpee breaks, but not how whumper wanted:
The strong and silent character sees a new torture implement in whumper's hands today.
Whumpee stares for a moment. Then starts shaking.
This is it, whumper thinks. I've broken them.
And then whumpee looks up, and he's laughing. Hysterically laughing. He might as well be sobbing, but he's laughing.
Whumper is baffled.
I need to start somewhere, so how about-
A whumper who is surprised when the whumpee actually breaks, when they actually cry and plead instead of staying resilient and defiant like whumper had thought, oblivious of their power until now.
Just pure 👌 delicious
Oh no… don’t beat them up, please! 🫣
