Whole Calories for today ( also idk if anyone else does this but I pre record all my calories for the day so I know how much I need to burn off lolz)
Breakfast: Black Coffee and Vitamins
=5Cals
Lunch ( I have work today so I kinda need energy so I don’t collapse hehe)
Protein Bar + 2 cruskits with cream cheese and smoked salmon + iced coffee w/ milk
= 474cals
Dinner( which I haven’t had yet): tomato soup w/ low calorie hot chocolate
= 200cals
Total = 647 Cals
Food is fuel not therapy !
I want my legs to look like they could break at any moment. 💀
