And in regards to interactions with Hattie, you said it best, Baby Snatcher is not a big meanie. He is a child who’s been stuck in a cold, unchanging environment who isn’t exactly aware of how much time has passed but has still grown quite bored with all the sameness, so he's excited and enjoys anything that’s different. Which is basically just anyone that comes into Subcon, obviously including Hattie. He’s excitable, eager to please and help, and he loves showoff anything and everything he can. Although, spending most of his existence being dead and generally only interacting with others that are dead does make it hard for him to understand what is and isn’t dangerous those who are still living, though he rarely ever means harm with his actions.

Potential Commissions

I have a couple more week of class before I’m out for the summer and I was thinking about potentially opening up some commissions when I am done to help me get back into the rhythm of drawing more often and such. Not a definite yes yet, just a possibility.

I know I received a few asks about them in the past, but would there still be any interest in me doing them now? Even after I’ve been like dead like the entire school year

A Hat in Time prince lives AU I’ve just been referring to as Subcon Kingdom. Explanation under cut! Also, here’s a rp I’ve been using him in.

Basically, the prince is rescued from the cellar after spending only a few days there and when Vanessa finds out, of course she leaves the manor to retrieve him. She’s lured into a trap and sealed away and, since she did not do her whole forest-wide everyone-killing freeze (just a smaller scale one), the kingdom does its best to recover. Not just that, but these events happen only a few months before the events of the main game, so Hat Kid actually gets to explore a Subcon in its ‘prime’ and of course meet the prince who’s just a stressed bean (The two reasons I came up with this AU originally actually)

Top right: Right after Vanessa is sealed away, the prince, desperate for answers, digs through Vanessa’s things to find something. Too bad he does not end up liking the answers he does find.

Bottom right: The prince willingly giving Hat Kid a time piece despite knowing exactly what they can do because what is there left for him in the past but lies? and Hat Kid is so overjoyed that someone isn’t trying to kill her for them.

Decided to clear this blog and start a new! I wanna get into the habit of posting art again and what better way to do that than through my current hyperfixiation: Hollow Knight!

It was inevitable that I crossed A Hat in Time over with Pokemon

A friend suggested I draw baby Hornet, so I used it as an excuse to draw the idea of the Pale King carrying his kids by their 'scruffs' like a cat, especially if his hands are full. He only does it to Hollow cause he's too tired to realize he's doing it. Then Hollow copies him with baby Hornet.
