After the breakup, Geto adopts Gojo's hairstyle, while Gojo lets her hair grow in a mesSy way.

Despite everything, both of them still wear the hair ties. Bcs they are both #pathetic

So after Gto death., the same night of the night parade, Gjo cuts her hair! It was hard for her to brush it/or pick it up, touching it made her remember the times when Geto did it for her. She got a lump in her throat touching her own hair, with the same hands that took Gto life.

in a panic attack she grabbed the scissors and cut it off.

There was no point in wearing the hair tie anyway if no one was wearing the other half.

Between 28 and 29 she keeps her hair short! She even gets an undercut after leaving the PR.

In my head she still keeps both hair ties on her wrist or neatly stored away.
