a few details about this AU:

penny first becomes a cupid post V3. she speedruns her karma collection and resurrects in less than a year, but dies a second time before getting to fall for ruby

story starts post V9, when new cupid clover is woken by penny in the ruins of atlas

the pair mostly hangs around vacuo to keep an eye on their friends and the merging kingdoms

without his semblance, clover is a terrible shot
