Another year, another Hermit-a-Day May! I'm so thrilled to be able to bring this event to you all for the third year in a row.

THE RULES: 1. Any type of fanwork is welcome so long as it features, or is otherwise inspired by, the Hermit of the day. 2. The main advantage of the new mob is that you don't need a word to tell its lore. We find this almost dead, half-desiccated creature near huge bones in the biome, where ghasts, which are massive in themselves, most often spawn. It is so obvious that this is a child who has lost its mother. Perhaps even because of the players' actions, because it's not like ghasts have any potential enemies. Or maybe the cause of death was different. We don't know. We just know that no one will take care of this child but us
