If you encounter resistance that's your sign to KEEP GOING.

The resistance IS the progress

If you feel discomfort when trying to embrace the new story don't get discouraged. It doesn't have anything to do with your ability and it doesn't mean you're doing something wrong.

The discomfort is proof that you are challenging your negative beliefs. Feeling discomfort is proof that you're doing something. Your brain is starting to integrate your new thought process and it is beginning to dismantle the old one. Your brain hates holding conflicting beliefs and it hates being wrong. The discomfort is NOT proof of failure, it's proof that your brain is considering what you're affirming.

something that helped me tremendously haves to be this one quote from edward art

like it’s something that i feel like most people dont really grasp. like when blogs always told me to not worry about the 3d, just change the 4d, etc… etc. i didn’t quite understand it. I thought that i was supposed to change the “4D” to change the 3D and my only goal was to change the 4d in hopes of changing the 3d. like i dont know how to describe it that well but i was trying to change my thoughts to change the 3D, completely disregarding my imagination and forgetting that- like it was basically just me thinking my goal is to change the 3d.

who I AM in imagination is what I WILL BE cause the 3D only reflects WHO I AM IN IMAGINATION.

for an example, if i was out here constantly being re-aware of the person who always skipped school causing them to repeat classes and grades in imagination, that is who i will be with a sprinkle of acceptance that it is “true”

i didnt realize that. i never realized and understood that if i change my imagination im bound to see a change in the 3D. but the 3d shouldn’t be my goal or anyones goal because it would only cause confusion. my only goal should only be to become who you desire to be in imagination and accept it as your true reality. not the change the 3d. i really understand why people like me skipped over this because if we are dealing with some horrible circumstances or whatnot we would only think that we “have to” change so and so to change the 3d. placing unnecessary power onto the 3d. not being aware that what we are in imagination, what memories we have in imagination is the thing that prevails. not the 3d. not our thoughts. but simply who we are in imagination. and we have the freedom to change it. we have the freedom to be whoever we want to be in imagination.

something that also helped me a lot is it observe my thoughts, state and the 3D. this would really help others see that all of this is happening within the world of scared creation, your imagination.

also explore the beauty of the law! the law is really beautiful that i really cant put it into worlds. imagine you are giving yourself what you want in imagination, you are fully aware that your 3d is nothing but your imagination and that imagination is the true reality, imagine that you start fulfilling everything you want inside your imagination and you start feeling fulfilled.

Shifting motivation mainly for permashifters, once you finally get there none of your problems here are gonna matter. That thing that stressed you out? Doesn't exist. Feeling sad and depressed? Boom everyday is gonna feel like a gift. Even if your problem seems so huge and unavoidable it won't be able to affect you in your drs. In a few years you might not even remember what it was like. It'll all just seem like a bad dream

Seriously when someone tell you fact about themselves do you question them?,when you read some facts about certain things you instantly believe it. Did you heard anything impossible but believe it just because you saw it on Google or read somewhere?

That's exactly what you do when you affirming, "I get money everytime I sneeze", it becomes a fact about you,you should not and must not question.

When you affirm,affirm it and put your focus on making it a fact,affirm,affirm and affirm,don't put your focus on when and how,just affirm even if you don't believe it,be normal,fool your subconscious it doesn't have any eyes,if you are not putting the desires on pedestal your desires will show up in no time.

Something I personally learn is,when I affirm I used to affirm at first I was OK we'll let's hope it work,and at first it felt good but then by the time it's night I would be so stressed out for some reason,and that is when I experimented with affirmations and how I affirm.

I noticed my affirmations sound very weird not very natural to what I will tell someone,so I start making my affirmations more natural, and second my whole focus was on believing the affirmations rather then looking for signs or when and how,if any doubts arise I will tell myself "as long as I believe the affirmations than it ok,my subconcious doesn't have eyes dont worry".

So start taking your life seriously for once and affirm those affirmations as FACTS!

my notes!!

- seeing flashing lights is a common shifting symptom. which makes sense cause it’s from the pineal gland, which is the holder of consciousness (damn so I guess if u see flashing lights ur doing something right)

- Reya Singh talks about gaining cosmic energy to shift realities thru meditation too (pls check out her youtube I highly recommend!)

- anyways I highly recommend this book to shifters!! next post will be about frequencies/brainwaves

ANYWAY.

Lock in. Shift when you're scared, shift when you don't think you will, shift instead of procrastinating, shift when you have doubts, shift without a right mindset. Nothing at all matters. Focus on your destination.

I have seen countless posts like this, but this is truly what matters the most. Keep going. You got this.
