does anybody know what happened to the shifting blog @leydenkilgore?? I haven't checked her blog in a while but when I went to loo for it, it was js gone?? Leyden was a successful shifter who had shifted many times and would share storytimes abt her shifts.

- seeing flashing lights is a common shifting symptom. which makes sense cause it’s from the pineal gland, which is the holder of consciousness (damn so I guess if u see flashing lights ur doing something right)
- Reya Singh talks about gaining cosmic energy to shift realities thru meditation too (pls check out her youtube I highly recommend!)
- anyways I highly recommend this book to shifters!! next post will be about frequencies/brainwaves

I think I've fallen into the problem of trying to "force" myself to shift again. For the times I've minishifted, I've just let go and only had the thought of shifting in the back of my mind whilst I focused on relaxing and just letting my thoughts drift, not forcing myself to feel or focus on anything. Like, I'm pretty sure once I work through that, I'll shift😭
