Can Anybody Explain Why I Check The Fridge To See If There’s New Food When Nothing Has Changed Whatsoever

when you listen to music do ever think “this isn’t nearly loud enough to drown out my thoughts” and then turn it up but that hurts your ears so you have to let your thoughts ruin your music?
