Sorry Danny, Sam Will Never Think You’re Cool

I’ve seen that future…

If you had told Danny that joining the justice league would mean getting up at the ass crack of dawn to go to some stupid meeting, he never would have joined. Well that not fully true but he might have agreed to have a Zata tube installed in Amity. Even with how much he hates those things it still seems like a better idea now that he is flying through space trying to catch up with this stupid satellite. He was already late thanks to Skulker, which means he missed his perfectly times window to catch the watchtower in orbit so now he’s here playing catch up.

He didn’t even bother to slow down from his Mach 20 pace when he reached it. Just turned intangible and shot through the window into the meeting room. He was expecting to get scolded for being late. Or for his dramatic entrance but he was not expecting the other members to not notice him at all on account of them arguing.

Taking the golden opportunity to get out of a scolding, (he did not want to be the victim of another bat glare) he kept he’s mouth shut and floated down to Hal. Who seemed to be sulking off to the side of the fight. “Dude, what’s gonna on?”

“Batman,” the name was spat like a curse. “Had plans on how to take us all out.” Hal waved to the screen before him, inviting Danny to look.

“Really?” He floated to the screen, seeing files with each leaguer’s name. After a moment of hesitation, he clicked on his own.

“Yeah! Can you fucking believe this?” Hal growled out. “He planned on how to kill us all and is now acting like we’re the unreasonable ones.” Danny would normally be shaken by Hal’s anger. The guy so rarely got truly anger that it startled Danny every time. In that moment however he couldn’t bring his attention way from the screen. It was a decent plan. Risky, unlikely to work but decent. The fact Batman did this at all though. “You think you know a guy, right? Phantom?” Hal asked when he saw the ghost wasn’t responding to him.

Before he could continue his questioning Phantom shot off across the room. All leaguers that could keep up with the ghost speed braces from a fight when they saw him heading straight for Batman. They were anger with him yeah but they didn’t want him dead. They all knew Phantom was physically capable of doing that and had only seen him fly this fast in battle.

Their concern turned to confusion however when Danny stopped dead still just before the dark knight. Looking the man over before reaching to the side, Danny’s hand disappearing into a green vortex that appeared out of thin air. When he pulled back, a small metal box, no bigger than a watch box, laid in his hand as he presented it to Batman.

“This is a blood blossom.” The soft words cut through the tense silence. “It is one of, no it is the only thing that can kill me. For good.” Batman looked at the box, then at the boy. Determination sat on his brows despite the tired sadness that coloured his eyes. “If I…” His eyes broke away from the white lenses. “If I go bad. Please. I understand you don’t want to kill. So please, give this to someone who will kill me.”

No one moved for a moment as they processed the request. Emotions shifting wildly in them all. Superman’s landing on anger. “Why would you give him that?!” He stepped forward. “He already plans to kill us all why would you give him that?!”

“Because I’ve seen that future.” The conference was stated plainly. Melancholy waiting down on the boy as he turn to the others. “The realms are different than here.” His trembled. “Time works differently. You can walk into tomorrow and run into yesterday. Every possibly future exists within the realms.”

He scanned each heroes face as his voice harden. “I’ve seen what happens. I know what happens if I turn.” Danny took a deep breath as he met superman’s eyes. Gazing at him with eyes that saw more than what was in front of him. “I killed you first Clark.” It was stated as fact. Non of them could bring themselves to doubt him. “Then Diana. Then Hal. One by one each one of you were killed… by me.”

His breath came out frosted, his emotions making it hard to keep from freezing the watchtower as he turned back to Batman. “You survived the longest. Out of everyone here you got the closest to stopping me. In that reality however, you didn’t know about ghost. Didn’t know how to fight me.” He held out the box again. “Please, I can’t let that future happen.”

Everyone was stunned. Watching in silent shock as the horror of what Phantom said sunk in. Batman recovers quickest, slowly reaching out to grab that box which he now identified as being made of lead.

“Thank you Phantom.” There was more to those words than what it may appear. A silent reassess that the ghost picked up on.

Danny, thanks to a recent invention his parents made found himself as a tiny fucking whisp (Think of Venti's true form from Genshin Impact, he looks like that). Not only that, when his parents were working on something to turn him back to normal, Vlad just had to be a prick and try and capture him.

Safe to say, he was not fucking impressed.

So he ran into the zone, trying to hide out before suddenly being fucking summoned to some random place in front of a bunch of really dressed people who looked like they were going to a Halloween party but fell into a ditch and then got rained on and slipped in the mud trying to get out of said ditch.

Also, it smelt pretty bad.

Then a group of also oddly dressed people burst through the window and beat them up, with one of them screaming at the others to hold them back while he tries and restart the ritual because it obviously failed.

Which, rude.

He's the one that called for him not that other way around. The prick.

Not wanting to go back he sorta just, floated out of whatever they had going on in and standing off the side as the guy gawked at him before getting punched in the face with some kinda, blasty, thing by some guy in a coat.

Said guy who then proceeded to say that the guys who summoned him obviously botched the ritual to summon the ghost king, as it said prince instead.

Which yea, he's the prince so what.

Which they obviously botched too because that's an ice elemental, a rather weak one by the looks of it but an ice elemental nonetheless.

Which. Wow. Danny has never been so fucking insulted in his life.

So he very obviously had the right to freeze the guy's entire body below the head in retaliation before leaving. He unfortunately got caught by magician lady which, cool, but also like let him go.

He just rolled with it honestly when they brought him to their 'hall of justice' or whatever and being stared at by a round table of what he's starting to think are superheroes.

He'll take being stared down over Vlad any day of the year anyways.

DP x DC prompt #153

Every ancient's core is directly tied to what they are the ancient of. For Clockwork, his core is present throughout all of time. For Undergrowth, his core is connected to every plant on Earth. For Nocturn, his ckrr is made up of the combined dreams of the people of Earth.

Danny though, as the Ancient of Space, Danny's core is made up of the entire universe. He has a hard time explaining this to the Justice League.

Leaving Unattended

Phantom and Danny were accidentally split in an accident. The two of them end up defeating the enemy that split them but are unable to fuse back together.

Over time as they are on split Phantom gets more and more unstable mentally. Phantoms humanity is cut off majorly and turning off his powers has become harder. Phantom gets into an argument with Danny causing him to run off. 

Phantom tries to find something that he can defeat to blow off steam and finds a cult. the League of Assassins to be specific. Unfortunately due to his declining mental stability he is getting much easier to manipulate.

He ends up getting brought into the LOA due to him being convinced it was a misunderstanding. The LOA Starts as thinking about sending him on a mission after they are convinced they've brainwashed him. 

While with Danny the further he is from Phantom the more he's getting physically sick. Danny is trying to find a way to put them back together working with both Vlad and frostbite. It takes about 3 days before Danny is very worried for Phantom and goes looking for him.

He unfortunately can never find him though he continues looking and is holding out to hope that he will come back. The longer Phantom is away the further Danny gets sick eventually Danny is in and out of the hospital with something that doctors can never diagnose.

It takes about 4 months before Phantom realizes he never told Danny where he went and goes back to see him. This unfortunately gives LOA a weakness. Phantom tells Danny he is staying with some people that he's made friends with but not really telling him what they're doing.

Phantom thinks that Danny will come to the same conclusion he did. He doesn't want to get his new friends in trouble. Danny is mostly just relieved to have Phantom back. unfortunately Phantom has been very unstable for the time he's been away from Danny and gets a little protective and possessive.(can you tell where this is going)

Phantom convinces Danny to come with him to see where he's been staying after realizing that them being apart is not good for both of them. Danny is happy to figure out where he's gone and plans to leave for the weekend. He does not come back after that weekend. In other news the LOA has a new member.

Dead Tired x Yandere Au

Tim had always been a bit of a stalker, but it was just how he showed his love.He just wanted to know everything about the ones he loves, he just wanted to give the ones he loves everything he could and destroy all threats to his.

It wasn’t normal though. He knew it wasn’t, so he kept his brand of love hidden, buried under wraps. He was lucky that Bruce was paranoid enough that he could get away with trackers on their helmets and checking their computers for their words, but it wasn’t enough, not really. He wanted to give his people everything, but they wouldn’t let him.

Danny Fenton was a Fenton through and through. His family loved fiercely, leaving destruction in their wake. Danny was a Fenton, but he was also a protector ghost. He needed his people to be safe, and as long as they were in Amity, he could locate them at all times. He had to protect his people.

Jazz wasn’t the same, not as fierce in love but understood. She let him do what he needed, but the others….. He tried so hard not to be too invasive. Tucker and Sam seemed to notice it, but they didn’t say much, though Sam made it clear her search history was her own.

(Dani was harder, but he was allowed a tracker on her phone and calls daily. He had to content himself with the fact she would call if she needed him.)

The new kid in class, with heavy bags under his eyes and a tired smile, became his slowly. Danny watched and listened to Tim , who seemed so surprised he listened to him, and if that made Danny extra vicious for a while, imagining he was ripping apart those that made his so insecure, that was his business.

Tim was supposed to infiltrate Amity Park as a student to assess the situation. He wasn’t expecting to find his newest obsession, or for Danny to change from just being his to being his.

"Danny was born a Wayne" AU except he's Bruce's grand uncle. The result of a one time drunken affair, shortly before Kenneth Wayne's death, to a young unmarried woman who gave the baby up for adoption.

(Whether the Fenton's, and therefore Amity, were just ahead of their times or the DC timeline is shifted a bit so that DP happens in its cannon era is up to you. Dealers choice, though now that i know about her i just love badass widowed prohibition leader Laura Elizabeth Wayne)

Danny grows up knowing hes adopted and loved by the Fentons but something (dealer's choice) happens and he loses his family and friends (maybe the whole town goes too?). In an attempt to avoid a Dan situation he flees into the Infinite Realm and doesn't stop.

He just wanders, time passes in its weird Realms way, not that Danny truly notices. A protector spirit thats lossed everything it protected. Its a wonder he doesn't fade and he actually might've if it wasn't for his human side.

But its a tug at his core that brings him from his near catatonic wandering. Gone before he can even understand it but enough to shake him back to himself. Enough to know that hes nowhere near ready to go anywhere familiar so he continues on, his wandering no less pointless but at least he's aware again.

What feels like a relatively short time later he gets another tug, and this time he manages to follow it.

He follows it invisibly through a natural portal that drops him somewhere in New Jersey and all the way to a fancy hospital room in the gloomiest city he's ever seen.

In there he sees his half brother Patrick Wayne, though he wont figure out their connection for a few more years, holding little Agatha. She's adorable in her little dress and pigtails and her sweet face causes that familiar tug he recognizes from what must have been six years ago given the girls age.

Then a nurse comes in and hands a little bundle to what must be the mother (whos name i cant find) and Danny takes one look at the little core tugger who brought him here and just melts. Even without knowing yet that this is his last remaining family, his instincts latch on and he vows to protect and care for the Waynes.

And he does.

He finds his forgetful brother's documents and keeps Aggy company when everyone else is busy and soothes baby Thomas so his poor sister-in-law can get some more sleep. He ices fevers and bruised knees and helps on later games of hide and seek.

He very rarely becomes visible and only to the children. His grief over the Fenton's convinces him its better to protect his new family from the shadows.

Danny explores every inch of the manor, including secret passages and an underground cave system. He claims a forgotten room in the back of the attic as his own, which over the years fill up with knickknacks, heirlooms, and pictures of the family. Even a gift or two from Agatha, who hadn't stopped believing in their shadowy guardian like her brother did when Danny felt they were too old to see him without drawing suspicion.

The manor becomes his haunt and he always knows where each family member is within it. And when any guests have some no good intentions.

And when baby Bruce is born tugging at his core and with the bluest little eyes, he welcomes the fussy little thing. And makes sure dear Martha never knows just how fussy baby Bruce really is, otherwise she might've never had a full nights sleep.

Danny blames himself for not being there when Thomas and Martha die, and promises to never leave Bruces side, practically becoming the boy's living shadow. Watching over him as he gets older, secretly aiding him in his training. Danny feels a bit of pride when Bruce takes some inspiration from the old stories Thomas told him of the shadowy Wayne family protector when creating his Batman identity, glad his nephew still remembers him even if he hasn't shown himself since the now young man was six.

Danny continues to protect and care for the family in a variety of ways over the years even as the family grows.

Lightening Alfred's workload, softening Dick's falls, calming Jason's temper both pre and post pit, hiding Tim's coffee when the boy hasn't slept in far too long, providing plenty of shadows and hiding nooks for Cass, helping Damian hide the litter of kittens he found.

And no one seems to know he's there, except maybe Cass and he's pretty sure Alfred has been know since he first started working for the family. No one knows, that is, until Duke Thomas moves in and lookes right at him watching invisibly from the sidelines.

Deny, Deny

Bruce, directly after Death In The Family, has a complete breakdown and clones Jason all while he's in denial.

Danny, who reincarnates in the clone, wakes up after Bruce's shady operation is revealed by a shocked Dick Grayson. Bruce is forced to shut down the pod for good.

Danny is born into this new world with a Dick that doesn't know what to do with him, a Bruce that is both clingy and also avoiding him and an Alfred that has high expectations of him (that he can't ever hope to meet).

My lover used to get angry at me because I always stayed up until 3, 4 am ... sometimes all night. So that gives me an idea to draw this
