having to write on ao3 on one sitting is soooooo difficult and i still somehow pull through????? oh well
hello~~ my birthday is coming up soon! i was wondering if you could do a modernau & yandere!fem!reader where she's always in the nurse office cause she always gets herself injured and so she rarely goes to class and everyone forgets about her, so she assumes that no one would remember her birthday except the genshin boys! she sees this as some kind of consent/okay for her to kidnap them ((maybe they actually dont mind it 👀))
if you could do aether, xiao, albedo i would appreciate it!! 💞💞 please take breaks and ilysm
-🌸 anon!
I'm so sorry that this was done really late, and happy late birthday 🌸 anon!
The reader is a yandere and female. All three parts have kidnapping and mentions of bullying, and the boys are a bit sick in their own twisted way. Albedo’s part contains power dynamics and psychological manipulation (from him), and his part is the most disturbing. Please read this at your own risk, you have been warned.
(Y/n) was such a quiet girl. She rarely spoke in class and Aether assumed that it was due to her shyness. He noticed that she was always alone, making her seem quite pitiful. One day, he overheard Xiao telling Ganyu that he would often see (y/n) go to the nurse's office with terrible injuries, which led Aether to believe that (y/n) was being bullied. Being the kind person he is, Aether decided to question (y/n) about what was really happening to her because he genuinely wanted to help.
Upon entering the nurse's office, he saw that the nurse was absent and that one of the beds was occupied as the curtain had been drawn around it.
"(Y/n), are you there?" he called softly. On cue, light shuffling could be heard as the person sat up on the bed.
"Who is it?" a girl’s voice asked. He approached the curtain and decided to be straightforward with his question.
"Please be honest with me. Is someone bullying you? I heard Xiao say that you're always in the nurse's office because of your injuries." When he received no response from (y/n), he continued; "I want to help you, so won't you tell me the truth?"
"I'm not being bullied. Please don't ask me about it again," she finally said. The blond let out a muted sigh, knowing that there was no use in helping someone who doesn't want to be helped.
"Alright... I understand." Since the atmosphere had become awkward, he tried to change the subject and suddenly remembered an important detail about his quiet classmate. Pulling up a chair, he then sat down. "By the way, isn't it your birthday today?"
There was a brief moment of silence before (y/n) asked, "You... remembered?"
"Yeah! I remember seeing your birthday on the birthday list Keqing pinned on the board at the back of the classroom,” he replied, “Unfortunately, I don't have a present for you so... have my presence instead!" He laughed at his own pun. (Y/n) soon joined him, though her laughs were much softer. They had a good time chatting with each other, and Aether ended up skipping one of his classes to stay with her. (Y/n) turned out to be a very nice person, so he didn't think that she was actually capable of kidnapping someone.
When Aether regained his consciousness, he found himself sitting on a chair in an unfamiliar bedroom with his arms tied behind him and his ankles bound to the legs of the chair. He was shocked to find himself in such a state, and his shock was amplified when he saw (y/n) crouching down in front of him with a love-struck look in her eyes.
"Aether~ You're finally awake," she chimed, standing up, "I'm sorry, I think I hit your head too hard back there. It must have hurt a lot." As soon as she said that, a throbbing pain bloomed at the back of his head, eliciting a groan from his throat. She immediately reacted by wrapping her arms around his shoulders and pressed his face against her chest. An embarrassed flush rose to his cheeks upon feeling her soft body.
"There, there," she cooed, nuzzling the top of his head affectionately, "Want me to get an ice pack for you?"
"Wh-why... Why did you do this?" he asked quietly, a slight hoarseness lacing his voice.
Pulling away from him, she stared at him in confusion for a moment before her lips curled up into a sweet smile.
“Oh Aether, why are you asking such a silly question? You love me, don’t you?” she responded, her questions taking him by surprise. Love her? Since when did he- His thoughts were cut off when he felt her weight drop across his thighs, and she proceeded to lay her head on the crook of his neck as she lifted a hand to cup his cheek. Although her touch was gentle and loving, it greatly contrasted the atmosphere of the situation he was in.
“Nobody but you remembered that it was my birthday today. You were also kind enough to keep me company while I was recovering in the nurse’s office, and you were worried about me being bullied... It must be because you love me,” she continued in a dreamy murmur, “I’m so sorry I never realised your feelings sooner.”
“N-no, you’ve got it all wrong,” he stammered, realising that she had trapped herself in her own delusion, “I don’t...” He quickly trailed off, feeling her hand shift to grip his jaw tightly.
“No, you’re the one who’s got it wrong. You haven’t realised it yet... Yes, that’s it. You just need time,” she said, though it sounded as if she was trying to convince herself instead of him. She then trailed a hand down his chest where it was splayed there, and Aether sucked in a sharp breath when her thigh pressed ever so slightly against his nether regions.
“(Y/n)...” he whispered shakily, eliciting a soft hum from her.
“I love you too, Aether. I love you so, so much, so won’t you stay with me? I promise I’ll be a good wife for you, I’ll cook for you, I’ll feed you, I’ll clean for you and I’ll even bear your children if you want. You don’t have to study, you don’t have to get a job, just leave everything to me. I’ll work for us and take good care of you.” (Y/n) continued to prattle on as she gazed into his golden hues with an overwhelming sense of love that was slowly infecting him.
His parents passed away when he was young, and his twin sister had mysteriously disappeared... There was nothing left for him at home, so maybe living with a girl who's ready to devote herself to him isn't a bad idea after all. He leaned towards her, subconsciously accepting his fate.
"I'll stay with you," he finally murmured, feeling his rationality slipping away the longer he loses himself in her heart-filled eyes, "forever."
Xiao noticed that she wasn't in class again. He could have sworn that she was here for the first two periods, but after lunch break was over she never returned to her seat. He lost count of how many times this has occurred, and by now he'd already figured out the reason behind her absence.
She's most likely in the nurse's office again due to her injuries, and as to how she always manages to wound herself was obvious to him. He eyed the group of girls gathered around Albedo a few desks away from him and clenched his fists. It's all those entitled bullies' fault. Xiao would always come to (y/n)'s defence when he happens upon her being bullied since he can't stand watching the weak being picked on, but he can't be there to protect her all the time.
"I wonder why (y/n) is always missing from class? She doesn't seem like the type to skip school," Ganyu piped up in front of him, snapping him out of his thoughts.
"I often see her go to the nurse's office with terrible injuries," he said, making her eyes widen. From the corner of his eye, Xiao could see Aether staring at him in shock and assumed that he had overheard what he told Ganyu just now. With a long, drawn-out sigh, Xiao stood up abruptly, causing his chair to be pushed back with a loud screech and then left the classroom to make his way towards the nurse's office.
He practically flung the door open and made a beeline for the only occupied bed; fortunately, the nurse wasn’t here to reprimand him for his inconsiderate actions.
"(Y/n), I know you're awake," he said when he heard the soft ruffling of fabrics. Ripping the curtain aside, a surprised (y/n) gazed up at him with wide eyes.
"X-Xiao?" she stammered, having not expected him to barge in like this.
"What did they do to you?" he asked. Upon seeing her hesitate to answer him, he grabbed her shoulders, eliciting a startled gasp from her throat. "Tell me."
"They just forced me to eat chalk today," she replied almost inaudibly, "I'm feeling slightly better now so don't worry about me. You should go back to class, I think I'm going to rest here for the whole day."
Xiao was angry when he heard what they made her do, but he quickly forced himself to calm down by taking deep breaths. Pursing his lips, he pulled up a chair beside her bed and then took a seat.
"I'll keep you company," he told her before suddenly remembering something important, "Oh, and happy birthday."
(Y/n) faltered. Nobody seemed to care about or remembered that she was part of their year because of how rare it was for her to attend class nowadays, so she assumed that nobody would even remember her birthday. But Xiao proved that he was different than her apathetic classmates by uttering two certain words. An addicting, warm feeling spread inside her chest like wildfire, igniting her desire to keep him by her side.
Xiao did not anticipate his kidnapping while he was walking home. Somebody had sneaked up behind him and knocked him out without warning, leaving him with a terrible headache when he awoke in an unfamiliar room, restrained to a chair. He tugged on the ropes around his wrists and ankles in a vain attempt to free himself before cursing under his breath.
"Xiao..."
His head snapped up when he heard (y/n)'s voice. He saw her on the floor, slowly crawling towards him whilst he stared at her incredulously. He didn't want to believe his intuition at first, that the quietest girl in his class had kidnapped him - but as she inched closer, he could see that she was a deranged, lovesick high school girl underneath that shy exterior.
Xiao didn't know how to react or even what to say. He averted his eyes when she started rubbing her face against his knees, begging for some sort of response from him. Tears brimmed in her eyes as he continued to ignore her.
"Why aren't you saying anything? Xiao, please don't ignore me. Please say something, Xiao please please-" A sob was suddenly ripped out of her throat, cutting her sentence short. "A-at least look at me. Please, Xiao, please... I can't stand it..." She then sniffled, her tears staining the fabric of his school trousers.
Finally, he decided to gaze at her again. "(Y/n). Untie me right now."
She shook her head at his demand and clung onto him, her grip tight and desperate. "N-no! If I do that, you'll leave me! I can't live without you, Xiao! I-if you're not there for me, I'll die!"
She was such a pitiful sight. He wanted to say something else, but if he did then she'll probably cry even harder, making it more difficult for him to hold his ground. Although he rarely expresses his emotions, he's not apathetic and is capable of sympathy.
“Please stay with me... Xiao please... I love you so much...” she cried, pressing her face against his thigh.
The moment Xiao decided to become (y/n)'s knight in shining armour, he had unknowingly signed a nameless contract with her.
With the brains and plenty of charisma, it's no surprise that Albedo was very popular with the girls. He could easily capture the hearts of his female classmates by sending a smile their way, but (y/n) seemed to be immune to his charms. A quiet and timid girl she is, who barely pays attention to what’s happening around her. As a scientist, Albedo is always curious and wondered why she’s different than the other girls.
... Now that he thought about it, it’s his fault that she has to make frequent trips to the nurse’s office, resulting in her missing most of her classes and eventually being forgotten by her classmates. The moment Albedo showed an obvious interest in (y/n), she became the target of the girls’ jealousy.
Why does (y/n) get special treatment from their prince? It’s not fair, they all thought to themselves - and so the bullying began. Albedo wasn’t oblivious to how (y/n) was being mistreated by her female classmates and he also knew why they were behaving that way, but he never bothered to remedy the problem either. There's just something so enticing about watching her get hurt and then having her run to him for comfort. He would wrap his arms around her trembling body as he whispers false promises into her ear and delude her that he's the only one she can depend on.
Ah, it really was his fault. His twisted little mind found entertainment in creating a yandere who would be so dependent on him that she virtually can't live without him. Her only thoughts would be him, and she'll satisfy his needs above her own... But when Xiao started acting like her knight in shining armour, Albedo knew that he had to do something before she realises that Xiao was a more reliable protector than him; he had to do something before Aether also makes a move on his precious test subject and captures her heart with his angelic personality.
Albedo certainly can't have any anomalies show up in his results.
On the day of her birthday, (y/n) had to be sent to the nurse's office again because of the bullies, who had taken it too far this time. They forced her eat chalk until she fell ill, and Albedo finally stepped in by directly reporting the perpetrators to the school's principal, Zhongli. He then decided to pay (y/n) a visit with her present hidden in the pocket of his blazer, and he smiled a little when the bell jingled softly with his movements.
"(Y/n), I've come to see you," Albedo called as he entered the nurse's office. The nurse seemed to have gone out earlier, leaving (y/n) all by herself. There was some shuffling as she sat up on the bed, and he walked over before drawing the curtain open. "How are you feeling?"
"A bit better," she quietly replied. He sat down on the edge of the bed and then reached out to gently cup her chin.
"Those girls won't bother you again. The principal has been made aware of what they've been doing to you," he said, tilting her head up so he could look at her face.
"Ah, thank you Albedo... If it wasn't for you helping me keep myself grounded, I probably would have snapped a long time ago..."
He let out a soft chuckle as he carved a comforting smile on lips. "I'm the only one you can rely on, remember? So don't worry." He leaned into her face, lowering his eyelids halfway. "I'll make sure that you're always a good girl." Before (y/n) could respond, he released her and backed away. "On another note, I got a present for you. Happy birthday, (y/n)."
Her eyes widened when he pulled out a cute little box from one of his blazer's pockets and placed it in her hands.
"You... remembered my birthday?" she asked, blinking.
“Of course. I remember everything about you,” he replied, “Don’t open the present until you get home, okay?”
She nodded, and the moment he spotted the hearts in her eyes, he knew that he had officially become the object of her obsession.
Albedo hadn’t expected her to kidnap him right after school. He thought that she would wait for a bit until night falls, but he’s not complaining; by doing this, she’s simply speeding up the process. When he woke up in (y/n)’s room, he found himself lying on her bed with his left wrist cuffed to the headboard. An unfamiliar weight was then dropped on his abdomen, prompting his eyes to shift downwards where he saw (y/n) sitting on his lower half.
“Albedo~” she purred, “You’re finally awake! Did I hit your head too hard?”
“Oh,” he murmured, wincing when a sharp pain shot through his head. “I think you did.”
“I’m sorry. I got too excited because I wanted to bring you home as soon as possible.” Leaning down, she nuzzled his jaw, making the little golden bell on the turquoise ribbon wrapped around her neck jingle softly. “I also really like your present, so thank you~ But if you wanted me to be yours, why didn’t you get me a collar instead?”
“A ribbon is cuter,” the blond said, moving a hand over her nape to brush his fingers against the satin material. He then lifted his left arm, the clinking sound drawing (y/n)'s attention. "This is unnecessary by the way. Release me, I want to be able to hold you properly. I promise I won't run."
She must really trust him if she readily brought out the keys to free him from the handcuffs. As soon as the metal ring fell off his wrist, he sat up and dragged (y/n) onto his lap, making her straddle his waist. She instinctively buried her face in his shoulder and took a long whiff of his scent, like she was trying to imprint it in her mind.
“You’re such a good girl, aren’t you?” he asked, patting her head. Then, gripping her jaw tightly, he forced her to look into his eyes. She mewled at his sudden roughness but didn't resist him. "And you belong to me... don't you?" His touch made her melt in his arms, and she pressed her body against his as she drowned herself in him.
“Yes, I belong to you. I’ll do anything for you, whether it’d be burning down a house, killing a rival, anything! So use me however you want, I’m all yours to control," she prattled, her blank eyes reflecting her obsessive love for him, "I won't let anyone get in the way of our love either.”
“You were a perfect test subject as you produced desirable results; I am satisfied. Now, kiss me," he ordered, and (y/n) happily complied. She eagerly pressed her lips against his in an open-mouthed kiss as he held her by the waist. Her tongue slipped inside his mouth, but he pushed it back with his and proceeded to lightly suck on the appendage, causing a thin line of saliva to dribble from the corner of her mouth as she let out a little moan.
With this, Albedo successfully created and tamed a yandere.
