Words for those who can’t go on

You will wake up some day and the same thoughts of regret and guilt won’t be as present. The feelings of unworthiness will subside. The path of true healing begins when you start to understand that we were designed for fuck up. The human experience is best described as a timeless story, you will be a masterful stroke of terrible bad luck, but your redemption arc is worth every fucking penny. You learn to laugh a little at your pain and silliness. You learn to live a little more than usual. For sure; you are flawed and imperfect, sometimes you cannot feel the warmth of your own body but still you walk through the numbness. You shine when the stars dim out, when the sun doesn’t show, even when the moon is entangled with the clouds, you shine and shine and shine.

You will learn patience. You will learn that quite slowly. The hardest part about forgiving yourself that they don’t tell you about is the silent journey of your internal exchanges. Change doesn’t begin in a day, if rome wasn’t built in a day, you cannot possibly change in your moments of rage and depression. The courage to look at yourself and understand that you cannot possibly do this alone. You will attract your support system into your life, with your own hands, you’ll craft something worth waking up to. The company of tomorrow won’t always stay, but at least you’ll still have your freedom. The greatest feeling is knowing that you’ll always keep moving forward. for better or worse, you never stop going. Your first step is the hardest step, but it’s the only one you’ll ever be acquainted with.

One day you’re going to feel amazing again. You are the unconditional love that you must give to yourself first. A light version of what it means to truly be free. So proceed with caution, but always proceed. You are both an ending and a new beginning. You are the first page and the last chapter. You are the worst parts of your life, but you are also the sweetest moments of a midnight dance in the dark shared between innocence and young love. You are the road least traveled. The rose that grew out of concrete. You are the most beautiful person to complete this unfinished story. You are both author and reader. You are the rain. You are the flowers. You are the plucked. You are dry-pressed petals hidden under beds for a rainy day that might never come, but still you arrive all the same. You are the stars and all of its wishes. You are the faults and the mistakes, but you are also the answers and the corrections. You are the struggling, but you are also the unshakable. You are the calm, but you are also the storm. You are that very strange fixation to go on, because there’s nothing sweeter than your road to victory. You are every time you’ve watched yourself cry, you are also every moment you decided to smile. You are so damn incredible and worthy of a happy life. You still don’t have everything figured out, but my god, aren’t you just a sight to behold? Breathe gently, because it’s really going to be alright, no feeling is final. I am sending you so much love, with all that I am. You are the warm blood rushing back to cope with the absence of the sun, and it really is bright enough to shut out the darkness forever. I promise. Everything is going to be alright.

This will completely ruin your life in every way possible, at work, in your private life, your sex life and your friendships. It's a way of removing your own consent in your own decisions and go against your wishes, it is always a crime against yourself. Let yourself have a say. Upsetting people is better than traumatizing yourself.

what even are chakras?

chakras (from the sanskrit word cakra, meaning “wheel” or “disc”) are spinning vortexes of subtle energy that exist within your pranic body (also called the “subtle body”). they’re not physical organs, but energetic hubs where mind, body, and spirit meet.

chakras were described as energy centers (padmas, or “lotuses”) that store prana: life force, within the subtle body, which is different from the physical body.

this subtle body is composed of nadis (energy channels), koshas (layers of consciousness), and chakras (energy hubs).

the original chakra texts were written in sanskrit, and the most detailed source comes from the shat-chakra-nirupana, a 16th-century tantric text that laid out the seven main chakras and their symbolic, spiritual, and physiological associations.

they influence your thoughts, emotions, physical health, spiritual growth, relationships, and even your damn bank account.

when your chakras are healthy and flowing freely, your whole life aligns like sacred geometry. when they’re blocked or chaotic? expect spiritual lag, emotional glitches, physical illness, and endless chaos.

important to note:

in the original tantric system, chakras weren’t “self-care tools” they were maps to divine awakening used during intense yogic, meditative, and kundalini practices to transcend ego, illusion, and reincarnation. it was liberation tech, not lifestyle inspo.

but now, in this modern age of energy work, psychology, and soul evolution, the chakra system has become a universal template applicable to everyone, not just yogis. and we’re gonna fuse that original wisdom with real psychology, real healing, and real magic.

origin of the chakra system

• earliest references to energy centers show up in the Vedas (ancient hindu scriptures) around 1500–1000 BCE.

• the shat-chakra-nirupana, a 16th-century tantric text, outlined the 7-chakra system most people know today.

• the system was never meant to be aesthetic it was part of a serious spiritual practice to activate kundalini shakti, the dormant divine feminine energy said to be coiled at the base of your spine.

originally, chakra work was about liberating the soul from illusion (maya) and achieving moksha (spiritual liberation). but in today’s world, chakra healing can help you:

how do chakras work?

imagine 7 power stations wired along your spine. each one governs a certain aspect of your physical body, emotional world, mental patterns, and spiritual connection.

when they’re:

• balanced → energy flows freely = peace, joy, purpose, radiance

• blocked → stuck energy = fear, fatigue, illness, toxic patterns

• overactive → too much energy = burnout, anxiety, ego overdrive

• underactive → not enough energy = apathy, insecurity, numbness
