POSITIVE ENERGY

8 friends in Texas decided to buy land and build tiny houses next to each other so they could vacation together. They call it “Bestie Row.”
Of course, everyone decorated theirs differently, but an architect designed them all the same.
They’re cute and have lots of storage.
Here’s another setup in someone else’s house- it has a privacy curtain to separate the sleeping area from the sitting area.
They all have bathrooms off the kitchen area.
There’s only a tiny kitchen area, b/c there’s a common building.
All the homes have slanted roofs to collect rain water.
The common building has a large, professional kitchen and it also has sleeping quarters for guests.
The common area is a nice hangout place.
The land they bought is just steps from a lake.
They’ve been friends for over 20 yrs., and they also rent these homes on Airbnb when they’re not using them, so they even make extra income. Not a bad idea. I think I would even retire here.

Inside life
The Beachy Bohemian is such a lively, colorful tiny house, you can’t help but be happy inside.
The lime doors are framed in a rosy color.
Above the doors is a bright blue sleeping loft with skylight.
The kitchen is a combination of teal, with gold penny tiles above and a black & white pattern. It’s very lively and attractive.
The bathroom includes a washer & dryer.
Delightful mint green bunks. And, look at all the light they get.
Table with a view.
Adorable little cheery home.
