litearly i havent seen a single person doing this to the male characters, ive seen male characters like aaron and laurence and garroth get assigned jobs/majors like software engineering, and buisness management and law but the moment its one of the fem character its

aphmau would study computer science because she loves video games and would want to code them !!!

What if the reason Aphmau truly believes that her name is Aphmau as opposed to Irene, is because her name truly is Aphmau.

What if Irene is the persona. A name she uses in the public eye to protect her family and keep her private life well.. private.

It would explain why she’s so adamant that her name is Aphmau. That she is Aphmau and not Irene. Because she is Aphmau.

And if you think about it, the only thing she had when she woke up in the woods was the clothes on her back and a name. Her name. Aphmau.
