Hello luvs! This is a reminder post specially if you're finding it hard to manifest, over consumed information and now you don't know what to do, constantly spiraling, having hard time believing the law, seeking validation from 3D and many other kinds of problem.
One thing I want to tell you guys first that, it's okay. It's truly okay. We all have been there. Your emotions are absolutely valid. So what I want you to do is relax for a bit. Take some deep breaths and make your mind and body calm. Now, let us get onto the reminders:
Law of assumption is working for everyone. Yes, it is working for everyone. Baby, this is a law. It isn't something only few people are gifted with. This isn't a theory or conspiracy either. This law is working for every single person on earth and you're no exception.
Your assumptions form your reality. If you assume something then it will harden into a fact and that's what will be shown in your 3D reality.
You are the god. You are the god of your own reality. You can control your reality however you like. Realize your power and use it in your favour.
You create your own rules. As I said, only you have the power over your reality so you can make your own rules. Any other rules don't matter. Make rules that work on your favour.
You are limitless. There are infinite realities so that means there are endless possibilities. Just choose whichever reality you would like to experience. Your mind is powerful enough. Don't limit yourself. Nothing is 'bigger' or 'harder' to manifest.
Logic doesn't matter. Don't bring logic in your manifestations. Stop questioning yourself. You should realise logic has no power over you,only you have power over yourself and you can bend the 'logic' however you want to.
Circumstances don't matter. No matter how opposite your current reality is from your desired reality, remember that it's malleable. Apply the law and see how your circumstance changes in your favour.
Let go of the old story. I know it can be really hard to just forget everything but think about it like this, persisting the old story and worrying about it isn't helping you with your manifestations. Moreover it is hindering your manifestations instead. To change your current reality, you have to change your current assumptions.
Persist in your new assumptions. As I said, it's the law. If you persist in a new assumption then it has to solidify into a fact and it has to show up in your 3D. Don't give up on persisting on your new story.
Anything is possible. There is nothing you can't do. Anything and everything is possible. You just have to assume and believe that it is possible. Yes, you have that much power in yourself.
Creation is finished. Everything you desire is already yours. No one has the power to take it away from you.
Time isn't linear. You can get whatever you want, whenever you want. If you want something now then you can get it now. Time lag or any kind of waiting period doesn't exist. You don't have to experience a bridge of events for you to get your desires. Actually time isn't real at all. Don't worry about it.
You don't have to take action. When I say you don't have to take action for you to get your manifestations, I mean is that you don't have to take action in your 3D reality for you to get something you want. If you have enough trust in your power then you will get your desires without putting in any effort. The only 'action' you need to take is that you need to change your assumptions to match your desires. That's it.
Stop complicating manifestation. It is very easy. Just change your assumptions and persist in those assumptions. That's it.
Stop comparing your manifestation journey with other's manifestation journey. Never compare your manifestation journey with other's journey. Never think that you must be doing something wrong because they got their results already and you didn't. Remember that you are the creator of your reality. You make the rules. Just because someone did a certain thing that doesn't mean you have to do that too in order to manifest. Just do whatever you like.
Stop putting your desires on a pedestal. There is nothing called 'small' or 'big' desires. All of them are equally easy to manifest.
There are infinite realities. As I stated before, infinite realities mean infinite possibilities. Whatever reality you would like to experience already exists. You just have to choose which one you would like to experience and change assumption according to it.
You can't stop the process of manifesting. We are manifesting every second. Basically we are shifting every single second. Our thoughts/assumptions creates the 3D reality. So you can't stop this process. That's why just control your thoughts/assumptions, acknowledge your power and use it in your favour.
Stop giving outer sources power. There is nothing called karma, destiny, fate, divine timing, universe, astrology, tarot cards etc. You are the only creator.
Failure isn't an option. You can't 'fail' to manifest something. If your thoughts/assumptions are focused on your desires then there is no way but to get your manifestations. You will get your desires. Keep your thoughts/assumptions in check.
Everyone is you pushed out. Every person in your reality is acting on your assumptions. So you can change it however you like. You can change someone's thought, behaviour, beliefs etc. No, they don't have a free will in your reality.
Methods aren't important. Methods are just tools for manifesting. It helps you to make your manifestation journey more fun. But that doesn't mean the method itself is powerful. They don't hold any power. You do.
Trust yourself. Just have faith in yourself and your power. Know that you already have your desires and truly believe in it. Stop looking for validation from the 3D.
Work on your self concept. I kid you not, it can help you with all your problems. Things like spiraling, doubting your power, feeling like your manifestation is taking too much, feeling like failure, thinking manifesting is hard etc. It can truly help you with all of those things and more. It will truly help you realize your powers. Manifestation will seem so much easier.
I have tried to compile every important points for manifestation in one post. If I missed anything here then please let me know. Manifestation is so fast if you assume it is. Literally you can desire waking up with your dream life , so you are gonna assume you will then persist for literally 5 minutes and get to sabbath state (idk why does this even have a name ) so literally just being relaxed and knowing you have your desire and the 3d is gonna conform no matter matter what. Then you wake up with your dream life and thats all. Literally, so fast AND easy.

when i feel anxiety -> i let it pass while knowing its only a human reaction
◦ since i am beyond just a human (i am limitless imagination/self), i know any anxiety is below me and it has nothing to do with my limitless self. i have exactly what i decided i have, regardless of any anxiety.
know anxiety usually comes from a fear of failure
◦ so, i cannot limit myself based on what i see or what i negatively assume my future will look like bc i am always beyond the 3d, no matter what feelings/anxiety my human self experiences.
◦ i become indifferent/i dont care about what i see or what i assume i will see because i know everything comes together in the 3d once i change self/know its done. fact: everything always comes together and works out in the end. being indifferent to the 3d = being indifferent to emotions, anxiety and everything that doesnt serve you.
dont fight it, dont avoid it, tackle it head on
◦ acknowledge you are experiencing anxiety bc you are. yes it can feel like shit but it doesnt have to affect who you are being (whatever version of self you are embodying). again, i can choose to be indifferent to this anxiety. you dont have to be scared of the anxiety. it is a natural human response. cry if you need to, let it all out. dont try to suppress it bc that will only come to bite you back in the ass, believe me.
◦ take care of your mental health in whatever ways necessary. when i used to experience anxiety, i used to take walks in the park, clear my head, meditate, express myself and my emotions through art and journaling, etc. remember nothing you do (or feel) in the 3d has to affect who you are being/your state.
"how can i still have anxiety yet still be a desired version of me?"
anxiety has no affect on anything unless you allow it to change your identity. you are the one with power, the anxiety is only an experience, similar to breathing in oxygen and using our sense of touch; its all neutral. when you start surrendering to the anxiety, you are creating and accepting negative stories that you create based on the feeling of anxiety. allowing that anxious feeling to change your state/identity is surrendering to something you view as more "powerful" than you. stop transforming that anxiety into a state that you embody based on the false, negative stories u imagine.
remember a 3d experience or anxious feelings doesnt have to influence who you are being. an example: a model who knows (fulfilled) that she is graceful and beautiful can have anxiety about doing her catwalk. the anxiety is normal, she can experience the symptoms of anxiety (shortness of breath, dry mouth, shaking) but her core identity/state is still a graceful model. the anxiety is only a temporary feeling. usually when we experience these feelings, they occupy all of our attention in that moment which is why it seems so scary but in reality, its not that big a deal. know that anxiety is just a feeling. you are safe. you can still experience shitty feelings while knowing you are a bad bitch!
you dont always identify with everything you experience. for example, a lot of people experience good things and still identify as people who are unworthy of good things. so its really up to you to choose what to identify with.
i know my only job is knowing its done
◦ if i just decided its done, as the operant power, as i say goes, therefore its done. so my job is done. anxiety is part of the 3d, not my limitless self, imagination. so i can be indifferent and experience it without identifying with it, the same way people manifest what they desire while experiencing their shitty circumstances daily (because they do not identify with those shitty experiences).
◦ ive heard/experienced situations were we know its done yet we cried and felt like shit, and what we wanted still manifested into the 3d. bc anxiety is only a feeling. do not allow your feelings to take hold of your state, but if it does, its never the end of the world... just get back in the state. 3d shit/anxiety doesnt have to intervene with who you are being/what you identify with.

yes thats it.
all you need to do is just affirm in the present tense, and PERSIST. no matter what you see, or hear in the 3D, you need to persist. don't stop repeating to yourself that you ALREADY have what you want. there is no magical method. just affirm. what works the best for me is mindless robotic affirming. i don't wine or complain or think about anything else, i just stay completely focused and i keep repeating the same thing over and over again.
i'd get my manifestation in 1-2 days, a week at most. i've never had to wait longer than a week for my manifestations with robotic affirming. there's no need to "feel it real" or do "SATS" or take any action in the 3D. the 3D is a dead mirror. once you react to unfavorable circumstances in the 3D, all you do is reaffirm your old unfavorable beliefs, since your outer world is a reflection of your mind. remember that in order to see change in the 3D, you need to change your thoughts IMMEDIATELY. as soon as something unfavorable pops up, affirm the opposite. affirm every second that you possibly can. affirm whenever you don't need to focus on something and give it your full attention.
This is a part of manifesting that I feel like many fail to emphasize or give importance to.
The many techniques coaches teach you and the methods that you see bloggers talk about are only grounding techniques to remind you that you already have what you want. The actual moment you receive your desires is when you actually, truly embody the state of you already living with your desires. It's when you have placed 10000% trust that it will all come and work out for you, because it already has.

11 tips from a master manifestor.
y’all have been loving my first post and it’s really encouraged me to come back. this time i have 11 tips for you! i would’ve really appreciated a post like this when i was a beginner so i’ve decided to make it for those who may also be starting with their journey. actually it doesn’t matter where you are on this road, this is supposed to help everybody, including master manifestors (yes, sometimes doubts cross our minds, we just know how to deal with them)!
there is a lot of repetition as there are some concepts i want to emphasize on. excuse any grammar errors. let’s get straight to it!
stop giving a fuck about the 3D. that is absolute (as in, don’t check it, don’t wait for anything from it, don’t let it get to you). just stop. i have a post over here that will really help you in doing so (and no, it isn’t me cursing at you while ordering you to stop. it’s me having a discussion with you and listening to your doubts while refuting them and i also back it up with scientific sources).
acknowledge that you already are a master manifestor. you’re already where you need to be. don’t let the illusion that is the 3D tell you otherwise!
if you see a piece of manifestation advice that rubs you the wrong way then simply act as if it’s false and doesn’t apply to your reality. you make the rules.
speaking of rules, make yourself some manifesting rules that dictate that manifesting is effortless and instant for you. don’t settle for less.
keep a success story list (and yes, you can put stuff that you’ve assumed that hasn’t appeared in the 3D since the 4D is the only reality) so that you can use it to reaffirm your belief in the law if you ever doubt it.
never seek approval from the 3D for ANYTHING. it is an ILLUSION. your 4D/mind/assumptions are the OBJECTIVE reality. this also applies to the state of waiting and wanting. why do you want to wait for the approval of an illusion? and what are you wanting when it’s already here?
the 3D is not your enemy and it is impossible for the 3D to reject your manifestation. the bitch is inanimate lmao. have you ever walked in front of a mirror and had it tell you “i’m not gonna reflect right now”? i’m sure the answer is no. the 3D works the same way. it EXISTS to reflect our assumptions. that’s its entire purpose. it is nothing but an illusory perception of our 4D. it actually obeys you down to a T. i was gonna say it’s your pet but pets are actually alive and autonomous, the 3D isn’t. the 3D just an inanimate illusion. your business is in the 4D. that’s where you live.
you don’t need a technique. to manifest, all you have to do is assume you have it or enter the state of having it. techniques simply exist to help you do so (that’s why we affirm/visualize/etc. that we have it) but you can do it directly. that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t use them. do what feels most natural to you. do what is the most efficient when it comes to making you fulfilled (not what gives it to you fastest in the 3D. remember, it’s an illusion).
you shouldn’t care if the 3D will give it to you or not. the 3D is an illusion, remember? a simple way to get yourself to put your eyes on the 4D is saying something to the effect of “this 3D/physical world isn’t real/is an illusion, the 4D/mind is the only true reality, i live in the 4D and thus all my affairs are there and not in the 3D and this is what the 4D is saying: (insert manifestation)”. seriously, all your affairs are in the 4D. you’re 4 dimensional.
when doubts persist, reading rants and banging pots and pans might help sometimes but sometimes you just have to sit down with yourself and have an internal dialogue. you’re human (probably 🤔 just in case you’re manifesting otherwise as you read this, and yes it IS possible). hear what your doubts have to say in full (don’t buy it though) and debunk them calmly and civilly.
limits don’t exist. imagination is the only reality. if you can imagine it then it can happen unless you say it can’t.

*wasn’t even to my dr 🤨
what is intention? an intention is an idea that you plan to carry out. if you mean something, it’s an intention.
ex. “i intend to wake up in my dr.” within this sentence there is a clear plan/goal that you want to occur.
in order for this intention to occur you have to act upon it.
analogy: you need to buy batteries for your remote because it’s stopped working and you cannot watch tv.
intention has been set.
you put your clothes, shoes, jacket on and head to your local shop and buy the packet of batteries
at this stage you have started acting upon your intention
you pop the batteries in the back of the remote, they’re now working and you can watch tv again!
your intention has been fulfilled.
now that you know how intentions work, let’s look at how you can use it with shifting.
SET AN INTENTION: “i will wake up in my desired reality.”
ACT UPON IT: get in your position and imagine yourself in your dr, who will you be with and where will you be, what will your day look like… use your 5 senses/detach and attach and loop until you fall asleep.
then that’s it, you’ve shifted.
personally i used this as an awake method, i was in sleep paralysis (detached which made it easier for my affirmations to be accepted) and said to myself i intend to shift and it worked!
the reason why it works is because when you are in the process of fullfilling the intention to shift, they become your dominant thoughts and those thoughts will reflect your reality.
they tend to be even more accepting when you’re in an altered state of consciousness, in my case it was SP.
it definitely does help to have belief within yourself, so that you’re not second guessing yourself as soon as you’re about to shift which may pull you back to your cr.
you can still shift with doubts but if you feel it’s a barrier in your shifting journey, then here are some ways you can wash away doubts.
robotic affirmations: i’ve heard that they’re a great way to instil new and positive beliefs.
sats method: i actually shifted with this method to my nct dr (was very short 😢) but it’s very efficient for manifesting.
and law of assumption, the best.

— PART 2: HOW?
the simple answer is affirmations. the long answer, is also affirmations.
no matter what method you use, you're always going to be affirming somehow. saturation tends to be my choice of affirming and i used it quite often when manifesting things that seemed "major" as it always helps me remind myself that nothing is truly out of reach or to big to manifest, even if it seems that way at first. the type of affirmations i use tended to switch based on what felt most natural to me in the moment. of course there were some affirmations that came up again and again for certain desires, but overall when affirming — especially during saturation sessions, i honestly find it fun to just go on and on about your desire in a way where you're speaking like you already have it. because you do, you're simply just reminding yourself and overpowering the thoughts that state otherwise. i believe your affirmations should always be what feels best to you. in short; choose whatever affirmations you want, because it doesn't matter really. as long as your affirmation aligns with your desire.
put it this way; if i want a tesla for my birthday which affirmation should i use? "i already have a tesla" or "i got a tesla for my birthday!" ?? the answer is either one! both align with the desire (a tesla) and you already know in the back of your head when you want it (for your birthday) so it really doesn't matter how the affirmation is formatted because either way you're telling yourself it's already yours. there isn't a cheat code of affirmations that are going to make your desires yours. whatever you believe works, works. sure — some affirmations may feel more powerful. but the truth is, you give them power. you choose what works and what doesn't. that is how my manifestations are mine. i simply decided that whatever affirmations i said in the moment, worked. and filling my mind with these affirmations only made me believe it even more.

— PART 3: SPECIFIC TERMS
there are alot of terms within the loa community that i tend to see people get confused by or not fully understand. so i want to go a bit in depth about the terms and how they are used within loa.
3D VS 4D: opinions on this always vary, in some way but the general understanding tends to be the same. the 3D is your outer world while your 4D is your inner world aka your imagination. the 3D is a mirror of the 4D with persistence. the 4D is truly the only thing that matters as anything within the 3D can change or occur according to your persistence in tbe 4D. still confused? see the post i've linked, it explains a bit more in a way i think most will be able to understand. https://www.tumblr.com/cutiescute/694055506946424832/3d-4d-and-what-happens-when-you-manifest
Revision : revision really is just another form of loa but it's usually separated when spoken about, based on the grounds that it proposes the idea of manifesting a change in a specific event or situation that has already occurred in the 3d. for example, i used revision for my grades. despite already being showed my "bad grades" by my guidence counsiler, i altered the memory of my grades being bad and erased whatever ideas my counsiler tried to put into my head — souly by assuming and repeating that my grades were perfectly fine. another example i can give you is one i've seen a lot recently but also ive used myself — revision for pets. basically, in my own experience, when my dog got sick the vet had told me she would die very soon and there wasn't necessarily any beneficial treatment we could give her. all i did, was assume the opposite and repeat to myself affirmations that firmed the belief that my dog was perfectly fine. this reflected the idea that the vet had told me that my dog was sick — rather, that the vet told me my dog was perfectly healthy and would live a long healthy life. to conclude, this all happened last year and my dog is very much still alive and healthy to this day. revision isn't that complicated and it is just another form of loa.
saturation: saturation is another popular loa method. the name kind of speaks for itself, it's basically where you spend time saturating yourself in the knowing of your desires, reminding yourself they're yours. you can do this multiple ways — affirming, scripting, visualizing, etc. do whatever feels best for you.
persisting: persisting by definition means maintaining a unwavering belief in your desired outcome regardless of external circumstances or delays. to expand, despite the circumstances in your physical reality or the fact you may start to think your desire is "taking to long" or "not here yet". this tends to be the hardest part for some people as they find trouble in not letting circumstances define your entire reality and sometimes let the thoughts of their desire taking to long, not coming or not being able to manifest due to circumstances, overpower the actual desire. this is why some choose to manifest a better self concept and utilize mental discipline to get their thoughts in check and prevent wavering. this usually helps them fully come to terms and comprehend the fact that they are the creator of their reality and absolutely limitless. Persistence is key and your outer reality will always reflect whatever desires your inner reality persists in. the more you persist in the belief that your desired is already fulfilled the more it is solidifies! persisting is truly the only thing you need when manifesting, methods like the void state, saturation and stats do give people a piece of mind, help alter their thoughts and feelings revolving around manifestation — but throughout everhthing persisting is the number one thing that makes loa, loa.

the void state: the void state is a state of pure consciousness where there is no thoughts, emotions, or physical sense — only awareness. the void state in another way for instant manifestation and most like to use it when manifesting multiple things at once or when shifting their self concept. but it is not necessary what so ever considering manifestation is also instant without the void state. the void state can be entered through affirmations, relaxation techniques such as meditation and of course — persistence.
— PART 4: COMMON QUESTIONS + CONCERNS
"can i manifest __"
yes, you are limitless. it does not matter what other people have manifested or what others think it "impossible" you create your reality. please be your own proof. don't worry about whether there are sucess stories that reflect your desires, you should be the sucess story.
"i want to manifest someone but they are a celebrity or already in a relationship, what if someone else is manifesting my desires person?"
celebrities are people to, nobody has free will in your reality and a status doesn't matter. you can meet people in the most random way possible, that includes celebrities. this also applies for 3p. (3p = 3rd person, anyone outside of you and your SP). 3p doesn't matter nor exist in your desired relationship, so why worry? you don't need to take action or try and do anything to remove 3p, all you need is the understanding that 3p does not place any limits on you and your sp's relationship. lastly — your reality is your reality and another persons is another persons. if you manifest someone, then they're yours and you won't see them with another person. and vice versa. it may be hard to understand, but reality is limitless and your reality is your reality, so don't worry about others manifestations.
"is it wrong to manifest and shift realities? can i do both? how or why is it possible to do both?"

morals are different for everyone. if you feel something is wrong to manifest, that is your pov and shouldn't define others realities. if you feel guilty about manifesting something, think of an alternative solution. for example, if you dislike someone but feel guilty about manifesting them out of your reality, an alternative solution may be manifesting a change in their personality. always remember to stick to your own views and what will make you truly happy.
"how will my manifestation happen?"
you can either decide or just let it happen. the how doesn't necessarily matter unless you want it to matter. you can manifest something happening in a specific way or just manifest that something and let it happen however it happens. i've gotten things in absolutely random ways and i've gotten things exactly how i've imagined getting them. it's your decision, just know in the end it is yours and the way it plays out doesn't change that.
"i'm worried i'm running out of time to get my desires"
your desires are already yours. time doesn't matter when manifestation is instant. age revision (revising the age you are or the year you were born) may also be a good tool for those of you who worry about time.
"i can't stop obsessing over my desires? is it bad?"
obsessing over your desires isn't necessarily bad. a while ago i read a quote that stated "you want it so bad, because future you already has it", and i think that's the best way to put things. it's normal to feel an overwhelming sensation when thinking about your desires, it's normal to be obsessed with the idea of them... because they're already yours — you just need to understand that. obsession doesnt have to be negative. you can easily make your obsession positive. for example; when i first decided i wanted a change in my appearance, my obsession with it was somewhat negative. i kept telling myself; "these subliminals aren't working!!" "ugh nothings changed". i was very obsessed with the idea of my appearance becoming how i desired but not actually changing - therefore, my outer world reflected these constant thoughts. but overtime, i learned how to change my obsession into something more positive. instead of being obsessed with the idea of my appearance changing, i became obsessed with the end results. my thoughts changed from the ones i stated above, to things like "i am so in love with my appearance" and "wow my eyes look even bigger today than they did yesterday... they just get bigger every day" even if i occasionally thought nothing actually changed, i quickly remembered to switch back to the positives and remind myself it has changed no matter what. i didn't completely ignore my thoughts, or erase the obsession with my desires. instead, i simply switched from being obsessed with the idea - to being obsessed with the results.

subliminals, like any other manifestation method, work if you believe they work. you can listen to them over night, while working or doing homework, while working out... literally however you want!

Despite how long this is, i want you to know manifesting really isn't complicated. some of you may read this and leave with the exact same information you came in with — and if that's the case, i am begging you to GET OFF TUMBLR in the nicest way possible. you know everything and there's nothing else you need. just apply, and it will occur. stop overcomplicating things for yourself, it seems simple because it is simple. i want you to read this and know that no matter what your circumstances are, you have the power to change anything and everything and create anything and everything you want. i have said this countless times on here but my past before loa was horrible and i often used shifting as an escape from the reality i so desperately held onto. but with only loa, without any effort what so ever outside of my mind, i changed the entire path of my life and gained the beautiful simple life i didn't want to shift for. please never give up on yourself or loa. you are the creator, take notice of your power, understand it and utilize it.
