Post arm workout, Thursday 12/13/12. Really working hard at a strength building program. Went to the gym twice that day and worked arms.
Post chest workout, Monday August 19th. Did 65lb dumbbell presses for 18-20 reps, Hammer Machine(upper and lower) 15-18 reps, incline flies machine 130lbs 15 reps, chest press machine 80lbs 25 reps. #exhausted #pumped #bodybuilding #worldgym
