What would you do if you knew someone was planning to kill themselves?

Just some stranger you see or bump into

Maybe hear them talking about something and suddenly you just know

That they're planning to be the next one to wind up in the obituary

Some stranger you barely know

Without a name or face in your phone

Would you ignore them? Walk past them because you're too busy with yourself to even try to dissuade them from this assigned date and time that they would surely perish?

Would you try to understand why it is that theyve chosen to die?

Would you bring up religion and tell them they wont get into heaven? Tell them they are going against God and condemning themselves?

Would you yell at them and say that their life can't be that hard? Tell them they just need to have hope and faith that things will become better than they are? What if they were a child? Would you talk down to them at all?

Would you tell them their parents love them, not knowing if they're an orphan or a victim of familial harm?

Would you direct them to the hotline and just hope they check it out?

What if they were your boss?

Would you tell them they can't die, simply so you can receive another paycheck and continue to try to be alive?

What if the stranger was homeless? Would you ignore them and walk away?

Would you direct them to a shelter that could simply turn them away?

What about if they were a celebrity well known and loved? Would you chop it up to maybe they need more popularity and love?

Would you even try to talk to them at all or try to help?

What if they were someone you hate? Some rival or ex or abuser or criminal?

Would you give them a second chance or try to help so maybe they may change?

Would you ignore them or mock them because they are feeling pain?

Would you try to stop a suicide, no matter the person?

Would you ignore them all, so you aren't responsible for whether or not they live or die by the end of the day?

More than likely we'd try to save a loved one from the grips of suicidal thought, but what about the strangers that exist all around us?

It's been over an hour, I think it's safe to say they can't eat a leviathan

Okay, so I'm doing experiments to figure out the limitations of the mobile rot. So I'm eating dinner and I'm seeing if Mother Long Legs/Terror Long Legs are capable of eating leviathans, and I started eating like 20 minutes ago, they're still trying to eat the leviathan but I don't know if there is any progress, but the MLL/TLL are still going at it and I'm confused if I should leave this overnight or what?

A restaurant named You're Not Supposed To Be Here, where the whole point is that the vibes are unnerving. The lighting is weird, the whole place has a faint scent that's not a bad smell, but it's certainly not food smell and you can't quite identify what the hell it is. The music is weirdly janky and you can't quite tell what's wrong with it, the vocals aren't exactly garbled but sung in a language you swear you've never heard anywhere and couldn't name if you tried. Only hiring staff who have anxiety and they're 100% permitted to show how much your presence here stresses them out.

Stop Scrolling! Especially if you’re trans!

There’s a far right organization masquerading as a health organization called the American College of Pediatricians. The page is horrifying. There’s a section dedicated to parents trying to force their kids to be cis. The section for teens is pure scaremongering. I’m not even getting into the part for doctors. The purpose of this is to ruin the lives of trans youth and, directly or indirectly, end those lives.

I will emphasize, I would not be here if this existed when I was outed.

The teens section also states you will be in lifelong pain after transition, this is not true. You will be happier as you. I can attest, after I accepted I was non-binary I was happier than I was before.

Erin Reed made a video on this which I highly recommend you watch, it goes a bit further into what this is. This organization is promoting and enabling violence, sentencing transgender children everywhere this website is used to death or a life that is not truly living. Act like this is the execution device it is.

part of the reason i could never take being against intersex transfems who are "too female" seriously is just... people do this all the time? people insist that the multiply marginalised in their community aren't really "one of them" all the time, and i mean ALL THE TIME.

when it's intersex transfems they're not male enough or have easier transitions. when it's black transfems they're too manly and aggressive. when it's muslim transfems they're not really queer because all muslims are evil misogynists. when it's disabled transfems they're just not intelligent enough to make those decisions about their own bodies. when it's transfems from the global south they're homophobic savages and couldn't possibly know what a queer person is.

but conveniently it's the white, perisex, raised christian, abled, western trans people who NEVER have to prove that they deserve a place in the community. do you people think you're being subtle?
