Serirei Week 2024 Day #1: Official Art/Redraw

hi guys this isn’t my usual posts (scream) but I wanted to try something new. redesigning a character from honkai star rail to be less… hoyoverse style

i don’t like nor have I ever played hoyoverses games for MANY reasons but he’s always interested me, & I knew I could redesign him in a way better fitting to his backstory

(and also just steal him as an oc lol)

Kinda sketch dumping because I feel bad for not posting for so long (my uni’s grip on me is pretty severe haha)  

It's a lot – some of them were made like before 2024 but for some reason they were forgotten – nevertheless, I like them 

A lot is just small au sketches that I'm unable to write down? So, they are... drawn... angsty ones, spicy ones – you name it. My brain was rotting severely + i was really depressed

Still, I tried to draw something fluffy, but it came out as something sad and creepy :/

More refined ref for the time being :P whenever I make a new guy I always have like several slight revision periods as I get the hang of drawing them and deciding what I like best for their designs. Shocked the text seems to have held up okay despite converting it from an Adobe PDF to a PNG LOL
