I am delighted with Ukrainian headdresses! They all look amazing and each one is unique. So, I want to make a series of illustrations on this topic)))

And this is the first illustration of the series. This is a dzumbalyk!

Ukrainian wedding headdress, or wedding wreath) was common in Ternopil region. It was decorated mainly with beads and paper flowers

Today I remembered that Japanese nobility had at least two names: one as a child and the other as a teenager. So, Jack probably still has his childhood name at the age of 25. So what is it: Maru (it would make sense, because, according to one gentleman, this name was given to ward off evil spirits, but its original meaning is quite funny) or Hito (I'm not sure, but I've seen the meaning "mankind; person" and it is in the names of many emperors)? Who knows about this and did you give any options?

I started rewatching Samurai Jack. So I wanted to draw characters from the series. I rarely draw men 😅, that's why I decided to start with something simpler for myself. And here’s Ashi’s first sketch. She's pretty, I think 🙃

This is one of my favorite episodes and shots from the series. And although I don't like drawing children and backgrounds, I hope it looks good in general

This time I drew an "namitka"💖

This is the traditional headdress of married Ukrainian women. The fabric itself reaches a length of up to 5 meters, and thanks to this lenbgth, Ukrainian women could come up with a lot of new images with it)

There were up to 30 ways to tie them on the head, and each one is charming in its own way❤️

also, I made a video of making this illustration (partially I had to draw it in a bomb shelter, because of russian missile attacks)
