This is honestly so sickening… anyone who thinks this is OK deserves to get slapped.

I’ve been getting horrible messages like this in my ask for months, including:

After getting the message saying “Just go kill yourself” I was completely done dealing with this person’s horrible messages and replied with just an “Okay.” and logged off tumblr.

About a week later I logged back on with 17 messages in my ask, most of them from the anon. I scrolled down and at first when I logged off, the anon messaged me things like

I scrolled up more and all of a sudden they started sending me more and more messages like

This was extremely surprising to me. I thought “After all those horrible messages you sent to me for MONTHS about hating me and wanting me dead, you say ‘sorry’ and that you ‘cant be responsible for someone’s suicide’?”

But I guess the lesson goes like this:

I, a resident of Gaza, carry a simple dream in my heart: to be a father, to hear a child call me “Papa.” But this dream is getting further away every day.

After years of trying, doctors discovered that I needed a vital operation to help me have children. But the situation in Gaza is now tragic. Hospitals are exhausted, medicine is scarce, and opportunities are slipping away before our eyes due to the war and the blockade.

What's even more difficult is that I have to care for my parents. My father has a heart condition, and my mother has diabetes, and they both require constant care and expensive treatment. We have no source of income, and no one to support us. I am now caught between the dream of fatherhood, the duty of caring for my parents, and the conditions of war that crush us every day.

I am writing to you with a heart full of hope that you will help us. We urgently need your support to perform the operation and to provide the necessary medication and care for all of us.

Hey, the ACLU is getting people to send letters to your Reps to have Congress pass the No Kings Act.

This act would make constitutional amendments to ensure that even sitting presidents are held liable for their actions. That NOBODY is above the law.

The situation is catastrophic now in Gaza after the heavy rain and winds this week. Did you know that families in Gaza are sheltered only by some pieces of nylon and that the cold is very severe? My family is suffering from severe cold.

There is no shelter to protect them from the bitter cold. Their help will save my family’s lives from starvation and may help them flee Gaza soon after the crossings are opened soon.

I know that most of you are desperate and bored of constantly asking us for help. But how many times do you see the world and governments that did not look at us with mercy?
