Are people genuinely thrown off that Enji's choice is to passively accept his "punishment" and pretend he doesn't have the agency to talk to Touya and deescalate the situation? This is the most in character he's been for the past 100 chapters. Enji's always preferred wallowing into his regrets, ugly crying about them and about how his family is right to hate him and calling this pointless self-flagellation "atonement" , rather than actually challenging his self-perception long enough to change the way he acts towards his victims

Hey there, wuzzup? Just wanted to ask a quick question: Do you think that, if someone would grab or pet Dabis arm, he would feel the touch? Because you can't tell me you get tf I know how many degree burns and your nerves don't get fucked up by it. Same goes for his back, neck and legs. Do you think he'd feel it if someone would touch him at those areas?

Hey! I tried to research this myself a while back for fic purposes, and I only managed to find out that third degree burns are usually painless because they cause nerve damage. I also know that burnt skin feels leathery and stiff. I don’t know if that also affects the sense of touch, and if so, to what degree. I tried to research that too, but the online sources that deal with the topic without just saying “go immediately to a medic!” are few and far in between, and those that do are hella graphic, so a big nope for me. I’m sorry I can’t be of much help here, but graphic depictions of injuries make me nauseous
