Highlights include:

Scaring the SHIT out of Giorno when he tries to take his luggage. He just stops time and gets into the car when Gio tries to drive away

ends up sort of joining Passione. He never takes the test, nor does he ever officially join, Giorno just says Jotaro is going to help with his plan and Bucci ends up just going with it

is just Perpetually Tired the whole time. Nothing surprises or scares him, the man is unshakable. His pain tolerance is through the fucking roof. He gets shot once and barely blinks

when asked about it he just stares them dead in the eye and says completely blank “I’ve been fighting Stand Users since I was 17. I made my first direct kill at 17 by punching his leg so hard the force split him in half and then I watched his corpse disintegrate to make sure he was dead. I forced my heart to stop for several minutes with my Stand. The longest I’ve gone without fighting another Stand User since then is a month.” and then just goes back to doing whatever he was doing

ends up being able to keep the Time Stop thing under wraps for a pretty good amount of time. As far as the gang is aware, Star Plat is just Fast And Hits Like Several Bullet Trains

the only time the team have ever seen him display any kind of vaguely positive emotion was when Giorno made some fish in a glass of water because he was bored

Jotaro’s time stop being a pretty good foil against Diavlo’s time skip but also vice versa. Things get chaotic fast with those two

speaking of which, Jotaro goes A P E S H I T when Diavlo almost donuts Bucciarati. Like, all inhibitions gone, he is now Out For This Man’s Fucking Life. Because I’m making this Everyone Lives

Before I begin this long, drawn out, whirl wind of an emotional post, let me just preface this and say: I’m so sorry for this long, drawn out, whirl wind of an emotional post…

YOU yes, you… you over there, spending your free time creating these fantastic worlds, these amazing scenarios, and these brilliant plots…  You are a spectacular human being. You find the time in your busy life; whether it’s from work, family, or school, to sit down and create these fabulous stories, hoping others will love and appreciate them as much as you love writing them. 

But Paige, why are you even bothering to make a post about this?  Because, dammit, I still feel like writers aren’t appreciated as much as they should be in this forsaken place. And because I do whatever the fuck I want.

Today, I saw a post from a young lady I just recently started following, about how much she’s struggling, how she’s worthless. I actually shed a tear, seeing how hurt she is and how she beats herself up. But then I thought about the other folks I follow… how everyone has their struggles and Tumblr is the one place they feel comfortable enough to express themselves. Because their family and friends don’t care or know how to handle them, or because they just don’t know how to talk to people. Thinking about that just made the whole dam of tears burst. I’m sure the people stuck in traffic with me were like “what the fuck is wrong with this girl, is she crying? Bob, look at this girl, is she crying? Jesus, do we roll down the window and say something? Bob, Bob, Bob, don’t MAKE EYE CONTACT”.

Every single one of you, the ones I follow and the ones I don’t, please don’t underestimate the power and influence you have with your followers. As an avid reader, I can honestly say that every person I follow has saved me in some way. As an introverted, lonely, recluse who is desperate for some sort of positive interaction from people, reading your stories brings me out of my dull existence and reminds me how wonderful people are, and how although right now things are bleak, there are people out there who are smart and kind and genuine.

Well, I told myself I wasn’t going to cry while I was writing this, and I’ve completely failed.

You all are so brilliant and so kind, and so willing to be there and listen to your followers. Just don’t forget that you all provide solace for a lot of us, so never feel bad for talking to us about your problems. I love you all, whether I’ve followed you for a few days, weeks, or months. You’ve already brought me happiness that I cannot begin to express.

I’ve seen a lot of posts on my dash tonight about users who are threatening suicide, with other Tumblr members posting in effort to try to get ahold of them. I think you all should see this:

IF THERE IS EVER A TUMBLR USER WHO HAS POSTED A GOOD-BYE MESSAGE, SUICIDE NOTE, VIDEO, OR ANYTHING OF THE SORT, PLEASE FOLLOW THIS POST.

1. Scroll to the top of your dashboard.

2. See the circular question mark icon at the top? It’s the third one over from your home symbol. Click on that, and a screen similar to the one in the picture will come up.

3. Where you can type in questions, the box with the magnifying glass at the top, type in the word “suicide.”

4. Click on the first link that shows up. It should say, “Pass the URL of the blog on to us.”

5. Type in the user’s URL and tell Tumblr admin that the user is contemplating suicide and has posted a message indicating that they are going through with it or will be attempting. Hit send! Tumblr administration will perform a number of actions to contact the user and take the necessary steps to prevent the suicide.

TUMBLR: THIS COULD SAVE A USER’S LIFE. PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE SUICIDE THREATS.

Some Bayverse Positivity

So, Bayverse is what essentially got me into Transformers. While Michael Bay himself is, ya know, bad, the films alone are what helped shape my love for this franchise. So, since the Bumblebee movie will mark an end to Bayverse, I thought it would be cool to list out some of the positive things I think Bayverse brought us.

- The designs of the robots. They gave us #THICC and fuckable robots when they didn’t have too. God bless.

- The score. Steve Jablonsky is the OG and part of why I tear up everytime I watch the “Arrival to Earth” scene from the first movie has to do with how amazing every single movie soundtrack has been. 

- The action. So I personally felt that Bayverse had some of the most amazing choreographed action scenes in modern film - the forest battle where Optimus tears through a gazillion Decepticons, the collapsing building scene from the third movie, the end battle in TF4 with Lockdown, Optimus, and the humans (I know this sounds like a stretch but to me the action in Bayverse was hella lit) 

- The CGI. During the first movie, the visual effects team literally had to invent a new system to be able to animate the bots. When they were animating Devastator, it set one of their computers on fire. The CGI in each movie only improved, and I’ll always stand by my opinion that Bayverse was snubbed at the Oscars for visual effects because holy s h i t the details put into each bot is amazing. 

- Out of every transformers continuity, I felt like Bayverse was the most “real” in how it portrayed war and suffering (esp how it pertained to Optimus and his behavior) while they definitely didn’t go as into depth as they could, I can appreciate that they tried interweaving politics and everything into the story.

But yeah. Feel free to add what you enjoyed about Bayverse. I’d always kinda wished TF would get a reboot, although a didn’t expect it to happen this soon.
