I was originally planning on an ARG, but I'm starting to question if it is that, or if it is just a cool little series with hidden lore and stuff. This is my first time doing something like this, so I am still learning! But I am hoping it will count as one, I am trying my best! :)

I've been busy! Not bad busy, but I've been really focused on something! This is a big project for me! Big and really cool, I think! It's all coming together! I think I will post a teaser soon! :)

HEADCANON TIME

In the episode Dreamscapers, Stan tells Soos a story about how he grew up and he claims he treats Dipper harshly so he wouldn’t be the same.

Stan: “The kid’s a loser. He’s weak. I just want to get rid of him. Yeah, those are all things people said about me when I was a kid.”

It then shows a series of flashbacks we learn to be false, including Stan throwing a left hook at a purse thief, his appearance resembling a stereotypical nerd (thus why we know it’s a fake memory, as Stan’s appearance didn’t look like that at that age in A Tale of Two Stans).

While the rest of Stan’s reason for going hard on Dipper can be supported (just wanting to give Dipper a backbone because Stan himself was pushed around)—what if it was more than that?

Like, maybe sometimes, he saw Ford in Dipper and let his grudge get the better of him?
