Many of us pale people in the world experience dry, sensitive skin during the colder months - and while these tips are perfect for my skin type, yours might be different. Go for what is best for you, and your skin. Here are some things that works for me.
Exfoliate regularly. Be careful and gentle. Wet a towel and rub it gently against your lips or dry skin. Here are some scrubs that you can make yourself!
Change towels and bed sheets often.
Drink water - around 8 cups per day.
Clean your make-up tools, brushes and the like. I like this one, from @makeupstoreofficial, or this one if you would like to do it yourself.
Moisturize! Don’t be afraid of zits or break-outs. Use a calming serum, an organic day cream or regular perfume-free body lotion.
Don’t poke and prod on your skin. Try not to touch your face or neck too much with dirty fingers.
Always wash your face in the morning and before going to bed. Use a make-up remover that is perfume-free and gentle on your skin. Olive soap works for a lot of people, and is often reasonably priced.
Take care of yourself - exercise, eat fruits and vegetables and love yourself. Self love will make anyone seeing you forget about zits or chapped lips.

I’ve been scrambling to clear out my pantry and granola bars are great for that, so here I am with a tray of deliciousness 😍
