Yall can shift however the fuck you want. If you wanna breakdance and do cartwheels before you shift or while you try to shift GO AHEAD. If you have doubts or "blockages" you can still shift! Cause guess what? There's no such thing as a blockage!
Now I used to be skeptical of the whole "there's no such thing as a blockage" thing. Because I thought to myself "but I have ____ mindset, so I can't shift. That's a blockage" WRONG the only "blockage" there was was ME.
What I'm saying is if shifting blockages were real there would only be one and that's YOU. The only thing "holding you back" from shifting is you, and even then that's not really true. You can shift without even knowing was shifting is.
Basically what I'm saying is, JUST SHIFT IT AINT THAT HARD YALL NOTHING'S HOLDING YOU BACK AND NOTHING CAN! YOU CAN DO IT I BELIEVE IN YOU 💗💗💗
Backstory: 8th-10th grade, my hair was dead. My hair originally ‘’was’’ curly/wavy but I straighten and cut it so much that my hair was barely alive. January of this year (2023), I decided to get a haircut AGAIN and additionally bleach some parts of my hair. It was so bad that my hair won’t even form into waves or curls after I shower. I also want to share that it would take at least 2-3 years for my hair to get long.
I came across a subliminal for wavy//curly hair which gave me an idea on what to manifest next lol. I have been religiously listening to it every other day and I have gotten massive results. I am now a Junior in high school and I have gotten my hair back within a few weeks max. My hair is no longer dry and crunchy 😌
1) My bestfriend told me that my hair got extremely longer. To at least my whole back.
2) My cousins told me that my originally hair is coming back and ask me how I feel about it.
3) My hair has gotten thicker andddddd MY WAVES// CURLS FORM AFTER I SHOWER.
Moral of story: everything is possible no matter how extreme it sounds and this didn’t even take me a year or ‘’2-3’’ years to get my long or curly//wavy hair back.
For this challenge you literally have to do nothing, just live your life normally your everyday life as a void master because that what you are obviously.

Yes you can, it's okay to have a bad 3d I'm pretty sure 98% of the person who enter the void don't have a perfect 3d. That why you need to give no interest in your 3d since it's so bad why are you minding it?
Your 3d should not hold you back from entering the void or even manifesting, you want that pretty body? A sp to have a wholesome life with? A dog? Dream house? Well do what you have to do and it's stoping minding the 3d definitely.
Now that you know what to do, start believing that you're a void master, one who enters every nights, just one affirmation and you're already in it, one who entered it like a million times already because they are so powerful they could enter it with their eyes open.
You can do this in any time period 1 hour? Do it before attempting if you want! 1 whole day? Of course it's totally possible! 1 week? Yes even better!
Just live your life like you've entered the void a million times before honestly it's so easy to do, and don't worry about those intrusive thoughts they are powerless stop minding them too.

the key to getting a good nights rest is by ofc prioritizing SLEEPING EARLY. if ur not getting enough sleep, or the proper amount of sleep that ur body needs to function, then how r u gonna sit here and be like "why am i so tired" or "why is my brain so foggy"
sleeping enough will improve ur skin, ur memory, ur concentration, ur health, ur productivity, ur immune system and literally everything else. try to get at between 7-10 hours of sleep a night.
putting urself to bed : prep urself for bed in the early evening. by dimming lights, lighting candles. if u find that ur not sleeping enough due to worries that u have i recommend journalling and releasing everything in the journal and then deal with it later. dont let urself sleep in an undesirable state. always go to sleep knowing that u have all ur desires and that ur divinely protected.
take a warm bath
listen to soothing music (i like jazz) or subliminals with soothing rain sounds
stretch
read a book before bed instead of scrolling on ur phone
you deserve healthy and abundant rest and peace <3333

there are tons and tons of people entering the void every single day thinking its just another "meditative state" more, they have no idea what they can do inside it, so there's literally no reason for the void to be difficult to achieve, its just you that u seem to like suffering and acting like u cant get into it.
