How to enter the void if you’re hugely distracted
I think I might have ADHD not too sure I don’t wanna self diagnose but it’s hard for me to stay still
I can get relaxed but I keep having the urge to wiggle after about 30 minutes, also I have aphantasia I can’t visualize or lucid dream so it’s hard for me to focus on my desires or the “void” I get lost in my other thoughts sorry this was so long I really need help hope you’re doing well just read your other posts I’m so glad for you:))
Hi babyy!! And I recommend just asking your subconscious to make you enter the void, i am someone who get distracted easily too and the only ways I enter luckily in the void is through sleeping. I am often not aware I am in the void but it’s a really good way to actually enter the void and it’s a more direct way because you’re not gonna be shocked you entered it since you literally commended before!! Try just trusting your subconscious and practicing to asking them things and then GO ☺️🙏

Who said that doubts matter anyway, just assume they don't matter if you decide it's not your dominant thoughts then it's not. you can still manifest with them just have faith even a little tiny bit and boom it's there (always has been actually)
Okay I was actually being upset because I’m being remplaced because my old story self is so easy to forgot but anyway I reminded myself that my new story is unforgettable and I have a tone of friends that care and are terribly sweet to me, crying for some fiends who aren’t worth my time come on I’m better then this.. and you’re better then what you are don’t cry about whatever circumstances you’re having don’t forget your true self because you’re a literal god who can have whatever they want!!

throughout the day i sometimes imagine whatever i want thats related to my desire (usually inner convos & visualization)
remain faithful to my new assumption. if any doubts or unfavorable things come up, i just say “it’s done” to remind myself that it is. period.

well it's easy, just ignore the 3d because it simply doesn't belong to you anymore. You don't keep something that don't belong to you. You need to throw it away, the more you stick to that one reality that doesn't suit you the more attached you're gonna get to it. Your mind will understand that ;;
(basically your mind lol). Well how to change it ? Just think that the 4D is you and only you, your imagination is your house your reality your true self it's you.
Actually tips that everyone keep saying because they are useful, stop ignoring them ;;
・Think your 4D is indeed the true reality you meant to live, the 3D is a joke.
・Live happily as the person you want to become, want to be an influencer ? Well act like one, even if it look crazy who cares anyway..
・Act like you already have all your results, even tho you already have them bby.
・And final but actually least, drop the 3D. He's like a toxic ex, 4D is the better man.
