Okay I'm pretty slow but I didn't know you could script "Regardless of the time I spend in my Dr I will always wake up at a certain hour" and here I was panicking and scripting 1 minute Cr = 12 hours in my Dr because I was so anxious to miss a Cr event or miss my family or something (I hate them but still love them)
I’m fairly new to shifting and used to be someone who was suspicious/non-believing, so I want to know.
Is there a way that I could make so in my DR instead of a set time ratio, when I return to my CR it’s exactly when i need to be there.
Ex: I do a sleep method and when I return to my CR it’s when it’s time for me to wake up.
I shift in the middle of the day and when I return to my CR it’s when I need to eat dinner or if my mom has called me

You can shift to/shift back to any point in time that you want!
What you're wanting is totally possible. You can ABSOLUTELY script to come back at a set time or place.

If that's what you're personally more comfortable with I recommend it! In fact that's what I personally prefer over time ratios because it gives me a sense of security.
You don't have to use ratios at all if you don't want to. You can just decide when and where you will shift back to. There are no rules. There is nothing wrong with having personal preferences in shifting.
There are no set rules. The only limits are the ones we set ourselves. Do whatever makes you the most comfortable.
Time ratios aren't a requirement. They work because people decided that is what they wanted, not because it's a necessity.
Time in your CR isn't tied to time in you DR. If you don't want shifting to affect the time in your CR it doesn't have to.
I hope that clears it up. If it didn't I'm happy to talk more on anything I neglected to explain properly.

Introduction to the routine :
Before I could join Tumblr, the 3 day Manifestation challenge was already published on Tumblr and it become really popular and so many Anons succeeded with it. It was STARLIET who made the post and oh my word, it was beautiful ( I miss her sm ). So, this was inspired by star and my anon <3.
The 3 day concept was based on the following points :
✩ " Three days; the duration is three days for response in this world. If I would now assume I AM what I want to be, and if I AM faithful to it and walk as though I were, the very longest stretch given for it’s realization is three days. If there is something tonight that you really want in this world, then experience in imagination what you would experience in the flesh were you to realize your goal and deafen your ears and blind your eyes to all that denies the reality of your assumption . . . If I could completely saturate my mind with one sensation and walk as though it were already a fact, I am promised (and I cannot find any denial of it in the Bible) that I do not need more than a three day diet if I remain faithful to it "
✩ " Begin now to mentally see and feel yourself as that which you want to be, and feast upon that sensation morning, noon, and night. I have scoured the Bible for a time interval that is longer than three days and I have not found it. "

Main terms to understand in this post ♡ -
State of akin to sleep is the most talked about method in Neville's Goddard books and it is one of his favourite techniques to manifest. Sats is basically falling asleep in the wishfulied state in even more simpler terms meaning imaging your desires as if it ALREADY manifested.
Neville says:
" You change your future best when you are in control of your thoughts while in a state akin to sleep, for then effort is reduced to its minimum. Your attention seems to completely relax, and then you must practice holding your attention within that feeling, without using force, and without using effort " .
Living in the end means to go straight into end idea of what it feels to have your manifestation. As Star said, what thoughts will you think, if you had your desire!
" Techniques such as affirmations, visualization, feeling as if, are very important. You do them, let's say 15 minutes, multiple times a day, and then during the day, you just remind yourself "It's done." You have it. You are it. The problem is resolved. THERE IS NOTHING MORE TO DO. "

Firstly, I understand that some of y'all might have problems with visualizing when it's comes to sats, but that's totally ok. Instead of imaging you can use Affirmations <3.
Your Affirmations can be :
✧ It's a fact that I always manifest within 3 days.
✧ I successfully entered the void state within 3 days
✧ I always wake up in the void state aware within 3 days.
✧ I can easily manifest whatever I want within 3 days.
Step 1 : In the morning as you wake, you are naturally in Sats without having to meditate to get into it.
You start affirming any of the affirmations above or simply imagine telling someone that entering the void state is completely easy for you.
Step 2 : During the day 3x whatever time you want, you going to meditate on the feeling of the wishfulied on how entering the void state is easy for you. See, think and act it out in your imagination. For example, I want you simply feel how it would be if you entered the void state and manifested all your desires, would you feel excited, happy or fulied. This will take you out of the " TRYING " mindset and put into your desired state of being a master of the void state.
Before bed, you are also naturally in sats, use this as the perfect time to affirm any of the above affirmations. Know that you will wake up in the void state within 3 days!!
REPEAT FOR THE NEXT 2 DAYS!!

stop crying over your results, they are here staring at you and probably being mad why ? Because you can't accept them in your life they are literally here, you don't need physical proof they are here.
if you still struggle which is normal, try changing it and quickly, since some of y'all are impatient and want your results quickly then change your mindset. In any way that suit you think they are here and always been here THINK ABOUT YOUR RESULTS AS THEY ARE HERE PHYSICALLY.
Your results are meant to be yours and will always be.
People be forgetting that you can manifest with daydreaming I love the playlist option, I literally have 60 songs dedicated to my new story it's so fun
★ step one
know what you want, you don’t need to write anything down but at least have a basic understanding of what you want and who you want to be. Don’t hesitate to add anything, this is your reality so get as creative as possible!
★ step two
this is the main premise of this challenge and is what will get you what you want: Keep your inner speech in check. Make sure you’re thinking as if you already have what you want, when you have a negative thought just remind yourself of the power you have and that negative thoughts have no power over you.
★ step three
as soon as you wake up vaunt! Vaunt when you wake up and before you go to bed, you can also visualise while doing this. You can also vaunt 5-10 minutes every hour. You can have a vaunt written out, but I would recommend just saying what comes to mind.
★ step five
Create a playlist! Make a playlist of songs that make you feel good or even remind you of your desires! You can listen to this playlist while visualising or doing whatever methods you enjoy. Instead of doing this you could create a subliminal playlist.
★ step six
optional, but for at least 10 minutes once or twice a day do whatever method you enjoy most, completely immerse yourself in it and feel the wish fulfilled!
★ some advice
if you feel as if you’re about to spiral take a couple deep breathes and tell yourself the new story, maybe even meditate and remember to fulfil yourself in imagination. If you do end up spiralling don’t tell yourself you’ve ruined everything, use this to your advantage and tell yourself that spiralling helps you manifest! You must persist, make sure you’re thinking in your favour but don’t stress yourself out. Remember that manifestation is instant, leave the 3D alone and work on your 4D!
