Before the balloon pops, the light reflects off of the inner surface back to first side. You can see the inner reflection appear on the outer surface (hence the two lights). When the balloon pops, the inner surface appears brighter as it is not reflecting through the first surface again, but straight to the camera.

this game is bullshit, you have to go through a tutorial until level 18, and your stats start to go down after level 30 not to mention the romance mini-game is hard as fuck

Fully evolved Salamence are highly territorial towards each other. They will stake out their territory, and defend it fiercely with fiery displays. They are often found living with small groups of Bagon and Shelgon, who they don’t consider threats. When a Shelgon evolves, they are chased out of the group before they have a chance to challenge the leader.
