(starts dissociating) why does it feel like someone just turned on a fog machine in headspace

I am stuck. I have been stuck, for as long as I remember. My legs are gone and my eyes can not open, the borders of my existence, four sides of nothing but sorrow and loss
This is my way of saying I should really get a pfp
au where everyone becomes their pfp go
and why was I made? haha, well, let's jusr say. my trama
getting attached to a piece of media where a character is split into two (or more) or has multiple people in their head is probably a plural canon event
Most singlets do not obsess over whether or not they are plural. If you think you have a mental disability, you probably do. If you call yourself a system and it turns out to be wrong, that is ok. It is ok to try out different labels in your journey of discovering yourself. That goes for any mental disorder.
Most neurotypical people do not obsess over symptom lists and try to find exactly why they could or could not have a disorder. If you hear voices in your head, it could be plurality, schizophrenia, or other things, but it is not a neurotypical trait. If you have dissociation, amnesia, or any of the other traits of did that led you to believe you are a system, then you probably are
i opened tumblr to make a post about something plural related but immediately forgot what it was. how iconic

Traumagenic and endogenic headmates aren't enemies by the way. Sometimes they play Minecraft together. Sometimes they hold hands. Sometimes they kiss. Sometimes they cover work shifts or school for each other. Sometimes even within the same system. This goes for disordered and nondisordered systems too btw.
Create a giant cheeseburger in your headspace and eat it
Yessssss griffin let's go
spin this wheel
you're now this mythical creature, congrats!
"syskids are actual kids" "actually syskids are more similar to whatever age the body is" what about. here me out. we let each individual syskid figure out what works best for them and how they'd like others to treat them.
give syskids autonomy! allow us to work out what we're comfortable with, what we're not comfortable with, and what we desire! allow us to have discussions about all this so what's best for each individual is made clear! every single one of us is different, and has different wants and needs.
it feels like discussions on syskids forget that we're actually. headmates, and that we're entitled to make choices and have discussions with people about what's best for us, like every other headmate. stop treating us like we need to have what works best for us decided by anyone but a syskid. it's weird.
Plural culture is not realising you're reading a book out loud until 10 pages in and when you try to stop getting yelled at because you were putting your headmates to sleep
