So:

•Ochako hasn’t even confessed her feelings.

•Ochako still bottles up her emotions.

•Ochako and Himiko don’t even have an actual conclusion.

•Izuku rejects Katsuki’s agency proposal.

•Izuku and Ochako grab their hands in the most platonic way possible.

•“I want to talk more” “same bro”.

Omg Izu//Ocha canon, so good, so much development omg /sarcasm.

I just know if Ochako’s blonde was still alive Ochako wouldn’t even fucking think about Izuku’s freckled ass omg😭

Something that really got me this episode is how Ochako responded when Himiko finally opened up to her.

Himiko says she falls in love easily, because everyone has beautiful blood running inside of them, and Ochako hums, because she's listening. Himiko says she was told not to smile, that she was jealous, and Ochako hums, shakier this time, because she's listening. Himiko tells her about the boy she liked, about her fear of being seen as something inhuman, about how she joined the League of Villains so she could live unapologetically as herself, and Ochako reaches out to her. Brushes the darkness away. Tells her she has a wonderful smile.

And then we get the quintessential Togachako scene and it hits so hard. And a lot of that is because of the buildup - because of Ochako's desperate need to reach out, to touch, to listen (and, god, the way her voice breaks when she begs Himiko to talk to her), because of the catharsis when Himiko finally opens up, how soft her voice gets, how softly Ochako responds to her. I don't even know where I'm going with this. I'm just in awe. This episode ripped me apart.

And the stark contrast between Ochako and the monsters in Himiko's past. The lack of judgement. The way she embraces her, comforts her, understands her, despite everything. She really does touch the sadness inside of her, feels for her like no one else has. Honestly calls her beautiful, calls her cute, because, to Ochako, Himiko really is the cutest girl in the whole world.

I don't know how to end this post. I'm just. Feelings.

Obsessed with the idea that even when they're adults, Himiko and Ochako still do kid things. They have matching pajamas for their favorite shows and they still frequent the treehouse they built when they were teenagers and do all these silly little things because neither of them really got that experience as a child. Ochako's parents could never afford the cool pajamas and Himiko's parents never gave her time of day, so now they're just making up for lost time together. IM CRYING.

uh, I've just posted a new fic and it brought my published word count on ao3 to 330k and I think this calls for a mild celebration. Yay me, basically a third of the way to a million :]

The year is 2034, the ice caps are melting but we finally got Encanto 2— forcibly called Encan2 by Disney. They kicked Jared bush off the project due to creative differences (he didn’t do what the Disney overlords asked of him)

Before the film came out Disney tried to purchase the entire country of Colombia. It did not work.

The film takes place five years into the future. Everyone is heterosexual. The plot is a gift swap and the OG songwriters have been replaced with all the song writers for ‘Wish.’ Alma dies at the end. Mirabels only character trait is ‘girlboss.’ Camilo finally gets some attention from the narrative but his only character trait is “I like a girl.” And nothing else happens expect for him liking a girl. Isabela and Dolores have five kids each.

Luisa also dies on screen too because the writers forgot how to write strong female characters so this was the alternative.

At one point Antonio looks into the camera and goes, “erm, he’s right behind me isn’t he?”

There is no god. Encanto 3,4,5 and 6 are announced right after.

Whenever I go out and actually talk to new people or decide to watch new series or films I rediscover how important romance and sex are in our society and my mind is blown once again
