saddest thing that can happen is a cat so delicately and cozy putting their small apple head on your leg like a pillow to sleep while fully unaware that in like five minutes you're going to get up to go eat because they don't know human language or how time works

i love seeing "rip (kintype/fictive name) you would have loved (thing)" type things because like i'm right here. but i can't decide if it's funnier when they're right or when they're wrong

Recovering memories in a dream while dozing off is an irritating experience. You can never prepare for it, and when you wake up, your emotional state often matches the dream and it feels like a recently-lived experience.
